I remember that there was a problem with the air conditioner at that time. The room was extremely hot at that time. Even if I was asked to change rooms, I would not be allowed to change rooms. The experience was very poor. I hope to clean it up in the future and provide better services.

The suite I stayed in was quite big. When I entered the room, I found that the water pipe was blocked and there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came to give it a good beating and said with satisfaction, "Look, the water is so warm~" and then stepped on the dirt. The water left the room, and I wiped the footprints with paper. Then the children went to bed, and the room was getting colder and colder. I called the front desk and was told that the heating relied on air conditioning. In February, the night was minus ten to ten degrees Celsius, and the room was heated on air conditioning. It was difficult to understand that there was no heating. What's even weirder is: only the living room blows hot air, and the two bedrooms all have cold air. Set it to 30 degrees. After blowing for a while, the temperature gets lower and lower. I just turn it off and the children are asleep. Otherwise, I really want to change to a hotel. Just wear close-fitting clothes and cover yourself tightly with the quilt. Apart from being big, it has no advantages. Not recommended.

The hotel facilities are old, the room soundproofing effect is not good, more than 12 o'clock in the morning tour groups check in, noisy, just wake up and get quarreled. The breakfast variety is pitiful and there are no meat dishes.

Some of the service can't keep up. It took a long time to register at the front desk. The room is not bad
