Happy that they offer a welcome drinks for free. Cleanliness wise is perfect which I enjoyed my stay very much in Le Meridien Hotel

I love everything about this hotel, but what I wanted to highlight the most is how well the staff were trained. From reception to restaurant all staff are so friendly. Felt so welcomed here. Plus point when you are a marriot bonvoy member, so many complimentary drinks n ice cream were given. Stayed in the neighbor hotel Hilton before but I just love Le Meridien more. Will definitely stay here again Not to forget, the swimming pool opened until 11pm

Very good first impression by the very eager customer service manager at check in. I felt that they really valued me, or other customers when there was someone who was eager to be of service (vs other 5* hotels in KL, where I had not been greeted like this). The room felt new or recently-renovated, bathroom especially. It felt modern.

Strategic location. Breakfast has a wide variety of cuisines. The bed was comfortable and complimentary coffee vouchers were given during check in. Will revisit again because of its convenience.

The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed ensuite bathroom.

Good service. Breakfast spread was variety. Staff very friendly and attentive. Love the big pool. Pool shared with hilton kl. Check in check out very fast. Got additional gift late check out by lemeridian. Thankyou
