The hotel room is big and clean with beautiful window view. The location is in the heart of Bintang shopping area which is just a short 5 mins walk. There is another new and huge shopping area so Dorsett Hotel is in the center and conveniently to move around.
The breakfast was good with many selections.
I will stay in this same hotel again for my next visit.

Great location and just next to a few 5 stars hotels and walking distance about 2-3 mins to Pavilion shopping. Great service and friendly staff. Breakfast is international with local flavours and great beverages selections. Will stay here again if I visit KL again. Thanks!

I travelled with a friend. This is my second stay at Dorsett. Our to and fro flights got delayed unfortunately. When we checked in at midnight, the staff attended to us with great care. We were exhausted from all the waiting at the airport. To our surprise, we received a room upgrade and a late check-out for an affordable price. It has a quiet environment, and the staff gave us privacy. The stay made the whole trip better. They made sure to replenish water as well. The check-out was smooth too. I will continue to stay at Dorsett whenever I come to KL.

A great choice of hotel to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The location is so strategic and easy to walk around Bukit Bintang to do some shopping with my son.

Even though it's a 4 stars hotel, the TV is quite disappointing as it is not a smart TV and screen resolution was horrible too but the WiFi is good. The bed is comfy and clean enough. Overall, not sure if thats the standard for 4 stars hotel as there are limited amenities and room seems rather basic.
