The price of the room was reasonable given that it was during a Malaysian festive season as well as a long weekend break. Our room (suite) comes with a smaller room with an attached bathroom which is convenient for the four of us. Both rooms are equipped with standard amenities which is a plus point. The location of the hotel was tucked behind the main road so there was minimal noise level from the streets. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. In a nutshell, this hotel is well priced for a short stay in Kuantan.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows were fluffy, bed warm and soft. Breakfast spread had a lot of variety and sumptuous. Location excellent, just opposite East Coast Mall, and behind the hotel was a night food court with plenty of choices. Basement parking was easy and ample. Overall, a very satisfactory stay.

Staff friendly. Really helpful. But room condition is too old. Aircond not too cold. Toilet a bit dirty. Overall i rate 6/10 only. Sorry. Cuma location je best. Tengah bandar. Banyak kedai nearby.

Never doubt about E Red Hotel because ive stay in their hotel in Bukit Mertajam last week, when i found out there have E Red Hotel in Kuantan i straightaway booked with a second doubt! Good job on the management and all the team members from E Red Hotel

The hotel is ambient with beautiful scenery. Easy access to beach and Ana Ikan Bakar. My kid and I are very happy to swim at the provided swimming pool. Large and safe. Overall is the best.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection of both local and international cuisine. The location is perfect, situated close to the city center and within easy reach of popular attractions and shopping areas. This is the fourth time i stay at this hotel...i really love to stay here.Room is clean, pool and beach also very nice. But this time when i came i was accidentally booking for executive room with view garden so i requested to change to sea view but the room is full. Ok, so i agreed with the room but requested to higher floor so i can have a nice view or partial sea view, but when I come to my room, i got a room with this. It's really annoying, and the staff who attended also not really helpful and friendly.Room no 4401..

I spent 3 days 2 nights here with my family for vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The process, from unloading our luggage to checking in at the reception, was smooth and efficient. The porter and reception staff were polite and beaming with smiles. We stayed in a studio room, as we needed more space for our active child to move around. The room was in tip top condition—spacious, newly renovated with chic design, and maintained at the highest level of cleanliness. I would say, what you see on Trip is exactly what you get! I want to give special recognition to the Swiss Care team, especially a sweet and polite lady named Sihma (Swiss Care #1), who promptly and efficiently responded to all of our calls. She went the extra mile to ensure all our reasonable requests were met. The swimming pool attendants were diligent in their duties, ensuring the safety of all swimmers. Syed Lukman is one of them. The breakfast provided was consistently replenished to accommodate all diners. I especially enjoyed the nasi lemak on the second day—the meat was tender, perfectly spiced, and juicy. Kudos to the chefs and café staff for their excellent skills! I also noticed that a few middle-aged Malaysian aunties were employed as part-time workers in the café during the busy weekend. Despite their age, they worked efficiently and professionally. I think this is a commendable practice, providing job opportunities while boosting the local economy. The lobby and main facilities were a bit run-down, but I didn’t mind since they are currently undergoing upgrades, which are expected to be completed by next year. I’m excited to return when the renovations are finished!

Deposit not clearly mention, suppose mention in the description. check out at 11am is too early especially for family, perhaps can review back the timing. Other than, everything is OK. Best thing is easy access to the beach.

Our extended family - 32 pax in total had our family day at this resort last weekend. We had great time here! This hotel has a number of swimming pools which the kids will surely love. It’s almost like a mini water park. The hotel area are well kept and clean. We had the hotel organised telematch games for our group at a field within the hotel compound. The hotel staffs who organised the games for us were nice, friendly and funny too. It was great fun for us! This hotel is a beachfront hotel but unfortunately, during our stay, the public beach in front of the hotel was quite dirty. Probably because of the high tides and rains. Since we are still under movement controls because of the Covid19, there’re SOPs which we have to follow but not a problem at all for us. For meals, the hotel organised banquet style serving in a private room for us. That was really nice and made a lot of difference for us. We had BBQ dinner and we were able to have our own talent show since the room is only for our group. The food served buffet style for us and it was delicious! The hotel is an old hotel but i believe it was recently refurbished. The room are spacious and very clean. But the toilet is quite basic. At the moment, the hotel is offering very, very good rates. I highly recommend this hotel for large group who would want to have team activities. Many activities can be organised here.
