We recently visited Crystal Rose for the first time. The place is beautiful, service was great, the food was nice, staff was friendly and the management. They all worked in harmony to give us the best service ever. What a nice experience, Keep it up.

We arrived early & we were greeted in a friendly & welcoming way. We were offered tea & coffee while waiting for the rooms & staff to get ready for us. The staff we very friendly & accommodating towards our group. They also did an excellent job of the spa treatments for our group of ladies The venue & atmosphere was very calm & relaxing & we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We will definitely be going back.

We booked a night here this past weekend post the Medieval Fayre at Greensleeves (in their best room with a jet bath) and upon arrival, got into what was an ice cold shower. The excuse we were given for a lack of hot water was that the lodge is due to solar, and we should wait for the water to heat up. We had supper and gave it some time, only to return to warm water (not hot water) on a cold Winter's night. Upon returning the keys and requesting a full refund for the lack of service delivery, we were lectured on solar and how geysers work. I will not recommend this lodge to anyone. It is Tuesday and we have not received our money back, nor a call from anyone to let us know where our full refund is.

Our visit to Crystal Rose was a good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at ease from the moment we walked in. The maasages were great and we felt relaxed and pampered.We left feeling like new people

We enjoyed our stay in the honeymoon suite. We were treated with gifts in our room as well as plates of food and dessert along with wine and chocolates. If I can make one suggestion it is to add a small fridge in the room as we had no way to freshly store the meals and the desserts.

The venue was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was kind and hospitable. The messages were exactly what I needed, very relaxing. As it was my birthday, the staff went out of their way to make my day special. I received a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in my room upon checking in. The room was beautifully decorated. I was allowed to check in earlier as I had arrived almost an hour too early. This was a great deal, value for every rand. I'm looking forward to going back with my friend group soon.
