We stayed at this hotel in October. We are staying here for the fourth time. I think this already speaks about the quality of this hotel. My girlfriend and I got into an accident on a motorbike, and when we arrived at the prka hotel, we contacted the insurance company, a man came out to us with a bag of medical supplies, saying that he had been trained to provide medical care, washed and treated all wounds and applied bandages, the wounds were very serious. After the hospital and the stitches, we had only seven days left on vacation and we spent almost all the time at the hotel. We had a 3 day stay at Nadivana Serviced Apartments. We booked a small room which was at the back of the property which we didn't mind at all. The room was clean and large with a great shower. Coffee available in the room and if you wanted there were all kinds of things in the ”mini bar” available for purchase rather than running to a store. It's a bit further away from the beach but there are shuttles every 2 hours going to the beach and it's nice to be away from all the heavy tourist activity anyway. We were able to try some different beach areas which suited us very well. Simen the owner was very helpful with questions about the area, Thailand, or even to help with minor issues in the apartment. The pool is very nice and we loved it! It has a small pool bar where we sat one night and chatted with other occupants. The food was very good at dinner and the breakfast was a great value as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nadivana and would book it again if were were to return to Krabi.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

We only stayed for two days, but we have the best memories of this place. The hotel is located in a quiet, secluded place where you can relax and unwind after an active day. Peace and quiet. We liked the location very much, because we love nature, garden, flowers and trees. For us, living in a garden is better than living on the waterfront of Ao Nang. You can rent a good bike at a good price from the hotel, and most importantly, no deposit or deposit if you are a client. It's convenient and easy. When we entered the room, we were surprised (we said: “Wow!”), because we did not expect that it would be so big! There are a lot of places: a living room with a sofa and a table, a separate space for clothes, a double bed, a TV, air conditioning, and a large wonderful bathroom! Everything is very clean and stylish. We felt good there. There's a pool downstairs! And all this at a good price! Someone will say that the hotel is far from the beach, but this is not true if you have a bike. If you are relaxing without a bike, then it will be difficult for you to get to the beach on foot. Then you will have to live on the promenade and pay big money. For such a price you will not find such a good hotel. The choice is yours, but I advise you to rent a bike, and do not overpay for the proximity to the sea. On a bike, the beach is 5 minutes away. And I want to talk about the people who made this hotel. The owners are friendly, hospitable and kind people, we are very glad that we got to know them. They love this place, take care of the guests, and try to make their hotel better. We will definitely go back there if we are in Krabi again! I recommend 100%.

This resort have a great environment. It’s clean, quiet and relax. The staff at here is friendly and they do gv us some idea where to have dinner and so on.... we stay here for 3 nights. Everything is good. They do provide fruit in the refrigerator once we check-in. Is pretty good to have cold fruit in this hot weather... We love to capture photo at the swimming pool.. haha! Is very nice! We have book phi phi tour with klook, when the tour agency contact us, we not around. So the staff have leave a message in our room.. when we complaint there is a lot of mosquito, the staff spray the mosquito repellent around the villa. They have a lot parking too!
