The DM Hotel is located near to the city centre. Can easily accessible to the city centre by taking grab around 10 minutes. This hotel aslo near to the Sabah Golf Club and Tun Fuad Stephen Jogging Track. The hotel also near to the Citimall, one of the most local favorite shopping mall.

This hotel's location is super convenient for guests without a car, as it's surrounded by restaurants, banks, shops, and pharmacies, all within easy walking distance.

Comfortable to stay, with the cheap price it serve the purposes. Close to many shops.

It is a good place to stay as there's many food choices around. It is also just a 10-15 mins drive away from the hotel to the airport which makes it even more worth it.

Like to stay at DM hotel due to its good location. Staff is friendly too. Highly recommend!!

This is my 1st time stay at DM hotel. As budget hotel it's really convenient location and good cleanliness guest room. Definitely will come back again to stay here. Thanks

counter staff very friendly. room cleaness average. hotel facilities very poor. during 20 minutes before my check-out suddenly balckout and lift not functional. i have to carry my own 20kgs luggage from level 3 to lobby by staircase.

The location is in Damai with a lot of restaurants and amenities nearby. The cleanliness can be improved as the attached toilet has urine smell. However the service is good as they texted me to ask whether I needed housekeeping service when I was out of the hotel. Overall decent place to stay for the price
