The staff at Le Meridien in Kota Kinabalu was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful to us, offering us advice when we needed it. They also upgraded us to a suite after we returned twice, which was a lovely surprise. Sunsets from the rooftop bar were wonderful, and the dining and bar staff were also very friendly. The pool and gym are very nice. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is large and has great variety. The hotel is in a very central location. I have no complaints!

Everything was great during my stay. Parking provided by hotel. Nice and modern interior room. Room amenities all provided. My favourite part is, Marriott has its own apps, where u can communicate/request for service just by using the apps, any services including check in/check out. Very convenient! Price very reasonable and they always do promotion from time to time. If you looking for room/restaurants with good seaview, this is one of the place in KK city.

This hotel can satisfy lots of customer needs from families to couples. I recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the atmosphere of Kota Kinabalu. I stayed for two nights at Le Merdien and two nights at this hotel. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel since hotels in central area are a bit lousy and dirty.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center location, transportation, dining and shopping are very convenient. The hotel's service is also very good. I'll send you what I need right away. I booked a double room, two big and two small, no charge for extra bed. I asked for an extra bed when I checked in. But double beds can be used as queen-size beds, so don't worry about two baby falling out of bed. Booked a standard double room with a window but it couldn't open. The next day I called the front desk to ask for a window that can be opened. The front desk checked the room and immediately a waiter came to help get the luggage to change the room. (Maybe there are few guests) I changed a more expensive city-view room for free. You can also wash your clothes every day. They are dried and comfortable. You don't need to bring a bunch of stinky clothes to go home. Because of this, I stayed at the hotel for one more night (of course the last night was booked with a city view room) and stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 nights. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, 95myr / person, quite expensive. The hotel has a swimming pool for swimming.

Do not live on the 10th floor. There are KTVs on the 11.12th floor. It was noisy at night. The first night didn't ring, I didn't know if I didn't change rooms. On the second night, I started to dance and sing K from 5pm. At night, I quarreled directly to 2am. . . I have the heart to want to die. There are many sea urchins, fish and jellyfish on the dock. Breakfast was average, nothing to eat, and the fruit on the first day was a bit stale. The beach is small and the pool is large enough for children to play. There are no places to eat nearby, all are taxis out of the resort, about MYR 5 to imago, and MYR 6.7 to Gaya Street.

A hotel fused with nature, you can see a lot of small animals, monkeys, squirrels, and even a few monitor lizards. And there are special private beaches. The coastline is several kilometers. It takes more than an hour to walk from one end to the other. You have n’t tried it, but you can try it. Little regret. The sunset restaurant near the beach has a unique taste. The special Brazilian barbecue buffet allows you to eat, and it is too addictive. After eating, I went for a walk on the beach. There are two swings at one end of the beach, and two people can chat on the swings. In addition, there are many friends in the hotel in Korea. We stayed during the epidemic. It felt like our Chinese family, but it was good. There would be no one staying there. It would be much quieter. Play for a day. It is a pity that I did not feel the activities of the hotel. After all, the epidemic situation, I can only eat, sleep, and raise pigs. In short, it is quite suitable for family travel. Remember to eat breakfast early, otherwise it is fine, and it is far away from the urban area, there is nothing around, so you can only stay in the hotel. (* ^ ▽ ^) / ★ * ☆

If only they have their own private parking area, it would have been perfect. Room is very comfortable, toilet area is a bit small for the double room but big for a twin room. It has different room design. Also glad that it has a weighing scale for my lugages. The security guard at the door is lovely, gave me a mask when i forgot mine up in the room. Short distance to pier & mall. Has a small cafe nearby for a quick caffeine fix.

Location: Let me talk about the location first. It can be said that it is very convenient on Gaya Street. The restaurants you have heard can walk over. For example, Feng Yi, downstairs, and Yifeng Tea Room on the street. Chili plate, OLDTOWN coffee, there is a new record of Bak Kut Teh, Da De Gu Zao, etc., so even if you go to the sea during the day to play late, you can eat and eat at night, do not have to worry about eating. There is an orange 7-11 nearby, but the store is relatively small, the goods are not many, but the convenience store in Kota Kinabalu is not very good, no bad. Disadvantages: This is the key point. We don't know if it's bad luck or it's all in the whole. Our room is on the first floor (actually the second floor, because the first floor of Kota Kinabalu is the G building), then Street front! Street front! Street front! One room, open the curtain opposite is a building of others, behind a mountain, because the streets of Kota Kinabalu are relatively narrow, so the curtains can not be opened because it is completely no privacy! This is okay, the most important thing is the day-to-night noisy, even if the window is closed to death (there is no window and no window in the window), there is always the sound of a motor vehicle, especially the heavy-duty motorcycle. It’s really terrible. I feel that the dream of sleeping in the middle of the night is the sound of passing the car, so people who sleep shallowly choose carefully... Off-topic: When I first chose this hotel, there wasn't a lot of comments and pictures about the hotel on the whole Internet (including several other popular apps). I was very worried at first, just because I knew his position was good and then relatively new ( I prefer the new hotel to the old hotel like the Gaya Center. But when I actually stayed, I found that there are still differences between the pictures and the pictures. For example, the room is very small, the bathroom and bathroom are very narrow, and there is no domestic picture at night. The feeling of the bed room is more like a small apartment. Yes, I can use the UnionPay card when I settle, but I charge 10MRY tax every night. We stayed for three nights and didn’t sleep very well. The price/performance ratio is not particularly high. The only thing that can be figured is the location. reference

Here I want to give 200% praise 1. Transportation: Nana’s house is about 10 minutes away by taxi from Kota Kinabalu Airport. Grab a taxi for 4 seats, about 12 MYR for 6 seats, about 19 MYR. My sister is very caring and enthusiastic. WeChat will reply to the message quickly and do our best to help us. 2. Surrounding facilities: There is an open-air swimming pool on the 1st floor of Nana A2 (note that the G floor in Malay is the first floor of our country, do not press the wrong floor when taking the elevator) across the road from Nana Park is 7-11 and orange convenience store Go out of the park and go to the right hand side at the first traffic light intersection and go to the right. You will see a Sabah Bak Kut Teh shop and some seafood restaurants. Sabah Bak Kut Teh is a Cantonese opened. The taste is super good and the price is affordable. It is recommended to try it before going forward. There is a shopping mall It’s called center piont. It seems that there are kfc and McDonald’s and a variety of self-selected foods. The taste is in line with the tastes of our people. Or if you want to go to the market to buy fruit and seafood, come out from the front of Nana and go to the right hand side. The second traffic light is across the road. Selling seafood, vegetables and fruits. Malay local durian 35 MYR 1kg. Mangosteen is very expensive. It is not recommended to buy dragon palace fruit 4 MYR 1kg. Jackfruit melon or other cut fruit is 2 MYR a box of 5 MYR. There is a shop opposite the three-box market. The shop that sells authentic Musang King is 75 MYR 1kg. The bigger one is 90 MYR 1kg. The owner is enthusiastic. The surrounding restaurants and bars are all very lively places in Kota Kinabalu. The local mall imago needs to walk on the left hand side of Nana’s house. About 500 meters, you can see a Muslim breakfast and lunch shop next to orange on the first floor of Mankelai Supermarket Opposite imago mall 3. Hotel environment: the non-traditional hotel model is a family apartment with one living room and three bedrooms, especially the taste of home. Washing machine, bread machine, hot water pot, microwave oven, pots and pans are all available. Really as comfortable as at home, you can go to the market to buy groceries. Come back to cook the place is spacious, especially suitable for family travel 4. Service: Sister Nana's WeChat reply is responsive. Our 7 people stayed at Nana's house for a total of four days. We checked out twice and once went to Manukan Island for one night and once went to Semporna for five days. The luggage is stored in sister Nana, and we don’t need to leave the luggage in the room when we check out, take a photo of Nana and send it to you. Then, sister Nana will ask her aunt to help deliver the luggage to you next time you stay. The room is so caring that it can’t be caring anymore. The last day we checked out the luggage Sister Nana directly asked the aunt to return the luggage to us. On the service Sister Nana’s house really didn’t pick it. I have written so much, I really want to tell my friends who want to go to Kota Kinabalu. If you want affordable accommodation, you can't go wrong with Nana. I hope it helps everyone.

A place to come again. The service is warm and attentive. Very attentive. The hotel said hello in advance, and there were boats specially designed to pick up the guests. Some people also helped with luggage. Dinner can be delivered to the room. There are many wild animals on the island, and it is beautiful at night. The hotel accommodation has a private beach, which is very suitable for children to play. The apples are also delicious. The only thing is that it is not convenient to eat, there are very few choices, and if you want to come, buy delicious food in advance. In the afternoon, the tourists all left and felt that the island was packed. It would be better if there is breakfast.

Recommended. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach and the sunset is superb. There is also a night market on the beach in the evening. We stayed at Deluxe King Room with City View. Our room is located at the corner of building, and we're really like it! At the corner only have 2 rooms, 519 (our room) and 520. So not many people pass by our room (quiet and peaceful), we had a good rest whole day. Check-in process was smooth. It would be nicer if Front Office staffs are more friendly. The lobby area has vending machine, and hotel provide free parking too. Stay with breakfast is available but during our stay, we opt out for that. As for room conditions, our room has a mini long corridor after enter from main door. The room itself bigger than shown in photo. Cleanliness tip top, everything looks clean, hardly to see have any sign of mould or stains on the floor/wall/ceiling/glass door in the bathroom. Basic amenities are provided as in my picture no 4. Bed and pillows are comfortable enough. Basic mini bar items are provided free such as drinking water, kettle and item in my picture no 5. There are also soft drinks and cookies in mini fridge, with charge of course. To stay in this hotel with affordable price, it good enough! The hotel's location itself is located inside Suria Sabah Mall, and easy to find eateries, easy to get Grab or walking distance to attractions in KK such as Gaya Street, pelabuhan (to go island), places to eat seafood, pasar am to buy souvenirs and many more!

This was like my go-to hotel if I ever need to stay overnight while waiting for my bus at the terminal. I was having my last minute travel to KK and arrived as early as 5 in the morning. I requested for an early check in, the earliest I could get so I can have my rest after travelling 12 hours with backpain and discomfort. The hotel crews were so kind to let me check in at 6, and of course this was merely based on the availability which I really appreciated so much. And because of that, Ibis Styles Hotel has become my favourite hotel in Inanam so far. No question asked. The teams were super friendly, both interior and exterior design of the hotel was spectacular. So simple yet so elegently modern. I didn’t get the chance to taste their dish at Skydex, but hopefully one day. Will definitely come back for sure if I ever have to go travelling by bus. Overall solo experience was amazing, I do not know what technology they use in bed at the hotel, but it was super comfortable, like I went to sleep instantly. Cleanliness was on point. My only complaint was, let me check, na da! For a 3 star hotel, this could be perfect. Well, almost I would say. Thank you Ibis Styles Hotel, looking forward to stay here, another day another time with much more amazing experience.

Location is close to Kota Kinabalu Airport. About 5km. Just a few MYR to get there. The room is large one single with two beds. A total of 2 rooms. Friends can live with 6 people. A living room, an open kitchen. Feel free to cook some snacks. Don't be too cool. There is also a washing machine. Is a typical home-style apartment. TV sofa irons are all available. There is an infinity pool on the roof. Accidental vacation, no launch. Friends took a few pictures. It is said to be open at 9 o'clock, and there are already many people going up at 10 o'clock. The parking lot is not clear. They all go by taxi. It's really convenient to grab a taxi. There are many restaurants downstairs. Opposite it is Emago, but walk a long way, especially under the great sun. You can walk under the nearby overpass, but it is a bit dangerous. I basically bought a taxi to come back, although I could see it across the road. The hotel is close to the beach to watch the sunset. A taxi for about 10 minutes. Here we have to talk about the driver who was contacted before. It is said that it is RM65 for the whole 3 segments, totaling RM195. Fortunately, the pick-up was delayed, and I found it so cheap by taxi. It cost less than RM30 to get it. Pull away. You have to boast about the lady at the front desk of the hotel. He speaks Chinese and is super nice. He smiled at all times. I lost my friend's necklace and looked for it very enthusiastically. Although it was not found in the end, it was still very caring. Full service score. All in all very satisfied. Highly recommended.

This first time I stay in hotel because it’s near to Airport. It’s only took around 13 to 20 minutes to arrived depends on the traffic.. So my first first impression for this hotel is quite nice and the the receptionist my check in proceed quite fast.. And no deposit is asked because I booked through online booking. The room I got is as per what I requested but the door is not locked when I first came maybe the HK forever to locked it after cleaning. But the room is clean and spacious though. For the amenities no toothbrush and toothpaste provided inside room maybe it’s upon request. I didn’t ask because I bring my own toiletries. Everything else is fine but only the Mini Bar is not cold and the upper surface is dirty never wiped.. I realise this after trying to check if the mini bar switched onn or not. And the sandwich for my take away breakfast is tasty 😋 .. it’s also got a lot of restaurants nearby for dine in and the hotel itself also have their own restaurant btw 😊.. it’s a nice place to stay because it’s near to shopping mall but of course you need to ride car to be faster and you can walk during the day if you want to but during the day better for your own safety 😊.. will stay here again next time 👍

Let me start by saying we paid 45 USD per night for this hotel. I know that is not so expensive, but for 50 USD, you expect a lot more than what we got. We stayed there the night before, and the night after, our Mt Kinabalu hike. The first night was okay - despite a lengthy check-in process and the fact that our room had no windows (the A/C worked fine). However, after we came back from our hike, we paid an extra 12 dollars (!!!) so we could at least have a window. Still all fine. However, being extremely sleep deprived we fell fast asleep at 8pm, only to be woken up at 10pm by someone RINGING THE DOORBELL to our room and I don't even know why a hotel room would have a doorbell. We didn't even begin to care why staff would ring our doorbell at that time and luckily we fell right back asleep. When we woke up we realized they had also slipped a note under our door saying the pump had broken and there was no water. That's it. No bucket, no 'would you like to get the heck out of here', no nothing. Thus, I went downstairs and begged for a bucket at least (you would think they would have brought this immediately - I'm actually no stranger to staying in places without running water). The guy then offered me some nasty bucket from the lobby bathroom that had been sitting next to the toilet. No thanks. He then told me to be patient, and two hours later, a small bucket was brought to our room. Thanks, we are checking out now. For this inconvenience, they refunded the 12 extra USD we had paid to upgrade to a window. Wow, thanks a lot. For a hotel room with NO WATER meaning we could not shower nor use the bathroom nor even wash our hands, one should at least be given a free stay (or a voucher or something). In the end we ended up being charged 45 USD for a hotel room with no water. Completely unacceptable.

Casuarina's free shuttle is great, the family room with two single beds + one double bed is so cool. Breakfast has not changed for 6 years, it is still very western style, and it is full. Recommended. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beach and the sunset is superb. There is also a night market on the beach in the evening. Opened a seafood restaurant outside the hotel, never tried it. The hotel grabs a few yuan to go to the town center. Many specialty tea restaurants are very good.

Parent-child travel for six days! I live on the eighth floor, but I ca n’t see the sea, but I can see the sunrise. I ’m satisfied with the shower head in the toilet. The shower is very comfortable. The first person was very hot. The second one was not that hot. Launching is also smooth! There are glass doors in the bath, so the toilet is very satisfying! There are bay windows in the room. It is good to see the sunrise. Two 28-inch boxes are enough to open. There is space for 250. The price is good! The leaflet will be a little stained. It is estimated that it can't be washed off, but the price is haha. After six days of sleep, at least there are no problems such as itchy skin. No toothbrush comes with me shower gel shampoo! There is a buffet breakfast. Most of them do n’t change, but the staple food is changed every day. Either fried noodles, stir-fried noodles, or fried fans. The best thing is chicken soup noodles and fans. Chicken soup has winter melon. Son loves it! Everyday, nasi lemak fried chicken or curry chicken! The same thing is toast bread butter jam and watermelon cantaloupe apple orange every day! I think this price is already pretty good! There is a small infinity swimming pool on the 11th floor. No one is expensive. The hotel is near the airport. Do n’t choose this if you are afraid of noise. No sound can be heard in the room, but the infinity pool on the side of the hotel can not see the scenery! At the right hand corner of the hotel, the left-hand supermarket KFC on the left is a 24-hour convenience store on the right. The Korean restaurant is a Korean base! Can walk to Tanjung Aru beach! Sabah is very small. It is very convenient to take a taxi. We have a private parking lot. There is a dedicated parking lot and it is cleaned every day.

We stayed from June 30 through July 4. We had a bedroom with attached bathroom. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was a plus. You could easily augment your coffee and toast with the many local dishes at a reasonable price. Location is very convenient to taxi/grab. Lots of other local restaurants around, and the beach is an easy 20 minute walk away. Laundry is across the shop - you can drop off and pickup or do it yourself,Alex was there to check us in and offer suggestions. His brother downstairs was always welcoming and helpful during breakfast. Top marks for value and convenience.

Hotel room is basic but clean, and good value. Free airport pickup/drop off is excellent, just make sure you call to make booking. The driver somehow missed us at airport but came back to pick us up when you called the hotel. Free breakfast is reasonably good (noodle, scramble egg, sausage, bean). There are eating places/restaurants and shops nearby. It is also about 2km from Tanjong Aru beach, and a few kms from town center. Will stay there again.

This is my second night here, I made separate booking because I thought I'm only gonna be there for one night. But my business havent settled so I stayed there for another night. At first, I wanted to extend my stay by paying at the front desk so I can stay at the same room. But the receptionist suggest that I book online and inform her so she can give me the same room without needing to check in into another room. Price online is 80+ , and the walk in price is 120. Very worth it. VERY GOOD SERVICE!!! I can't stressed how much I love the service. Don't think twice, just book this hotel okay. This is my first time staying with tune hotel. Breakfast is nothing special, the buffet part can be ignored, each adult can order a set menu on the menu, children do not. The child is 10 years old, and there is no additional charge like the remarks on Ctrip. The child's fee is also forfeited for breakfast, and of course there is nothing to eat. The hotel has two restaurants, personally think the western restaurant tastes better than Chinese food. You can also order a free drink per person from 4-7 pm every day. The swimming pool is not large, but not many people. There are too many plants on the beach and they are not clean, but there are many crabs. The snorkeling area was closed because there were too many waterweeds and there were a lot of fish in it. The other half of the rowing boat can now swim and snorkel, but can't see any fish. Malay's ecological protection is not good. If you want to see the fish, you may have to go far to Semporna. The staff on the island is very friendly. It is not recommended to participate in the 1-hour and 5-hour hikes of the hotel. It is really boring. The 5 hours is to go through the jungle to the other side of the island and there is a beach on the other side. Collect the money, the guide will highly recommend you to go to sea walking, tell you at least an hour, in fact, even by boat to and from the middle of the sea + launching together for less than 20 minutes, it can be said that it is a special pit father, there are fish underwater, living coral is almost It ’s not as good as it looks in Australia. It ’s also because the hike is over and there is nothing else to do on the beach. The return journey has to wait for a few hours after the boat, and then the guide keeps recommending it to you. WALKING, and those water sports staff are in a state of "want to earn you money, but do not want to serve you", laziness seems to ignore this income... The experience is really bad. The price of SEA WALKING is RM280 / person
