The host is friendly and helpful. Attentive and quick response to any queries and resolve issue within expectations. Broken bidet was repair the next day after informing the host. One of the room air-conditioning not cooling enough. No plug point in one of the small room, inconvenient to charge phone. No detergent is provided even though there is a nice washing machine in the unit. We got to buy our own detergent and only use up a little bit and left behind a big bag :) The blower of the hair dryer is too weak to be useful. Consider changing a better one. Extra lift access card should be provided for the convenient of guest going out separately. Overall is satisfied however the maintenance of the unit can be improved.
