The carpet in front of the bed has a few large stains that look like blood stains. The quality of the bedding is very poor. The standard of Korla's five-star hotels is really impressive. Cleaning really needs to be considered, it makes me sick just thinking about it. I don’t know what it was under the side table, but the child touched it all over his hand. The towels in the bathroom are still moist. I think in areas with dry weather like Korla in the summer, the towels will not dry out. In the evening, I called the front desk to deliver water. I called 3 times in a row. After 3 times, someone didn't deliver water until 10:30. The management is chaotic. I paid the room fee on the first day and asked to settle the room fee when I checked out the next day. Fortunately, there is a payment record.
