門口保安服務熱情，房間設施一般，衞生管理的很差，窗户看着多年沒擦過明顯厚厚的灰塵，拖鞋很臟，洗臉池溢水孔明顯的泥垢，需要自己洗洗才可以用！毛巾也是洗不乾淨的陳舊！

剛到時飛奔過來的保安着實把人嚇一跳，一問才知道是引導住店客人後院停車的，熱情還還挺感動的，入住累了收拾了一會準備睡下，結果看到一根卡子，心裏有點？再開亮其它燈，看到的惡習的一幕，膛目結舌憤怒至極，衞生就沒打掃過，派一人上來滿臉不情願的不知道是保安還是啥，説從新打掃一下，還辯解衹是沒有拖地，我堅決換房，結果一看一間無窗房，服務不到位沒有聽見一句道歉，解決問題的態度，雖在堅持下勉強換了同户型的，但是也是再不得已發火了才要求的到的，一直推諉沒房了，簡直是太影響心情，一路走來碰到的最不上心的酒店，管理感覺亂的，希望改正別倒了格林這牌子，説實話我現在翻到這個酒店名字都煩心不想看。

1.前台極差，態度不好，問她在哪裡可以做核酸，問了3次説不知道，核酸就在酒店後門走出去就可以做了，一直核酸都在那裡做的，前台居然問了3次都説不知道～
史上手續最繁瑣的酒店，問得比入境海關要詳細得多，你幾號從哪裡來，要到哪裡去，來的航班號，為什麼做這個航班都要問～
2.房間沒有熱水，一個連鎖酒店，害我洗了個冷水澡！！！
3.空調很熱，16度最低温了，空調不轉似的～
都不知道4.5分怎麼來的，倒血黴了，定了這家酒店，也不見得便宜～
自己看圖吧，破成這爛樣，要服務服務不行，沒熱水，空調沒冷風～我以後堅決不定格林豪泰，寧願住私人開的小酒店
