the hotel room is nice , best shower even in Japan. but the sink is too low, good size for the child , too low for an adult the hotel has swimming pool, the pool is belong to the gym , normally require the membership ,but you just need to show the counter that you are staying in the hotel they will let you in. if you dont have the swimming suit, they have the swimming suit to borrow which was nice . they don't really speak English, that was a little tough to communicate. they have laundry machine at 3rd floor to use. the breakfast was acceptable , if you are foreigner, like western food , they have croissant, chocolate bread, salad, bacon. it was a good stay.

only suitable for the trip with driving as the location is not easy to access, but have a big free parking there. Not convenient to access the restaurants.

There are a lot of people at the breakfast buffet, but the space to grab food is small so people end up crowded together.

A hotel that doesn't care about service at all.
A Showa-style hotel with a smoking room even though there are children and an ashtray in the bathroom.
Be aware that bookings made through Trip.com will be discriminated against.
Also, even though I had already paid through the website, I was still charged for the accommodation when I checked out, so I almost had to pay twice.

The twin room was spacious and comfortable with two double beds. The smoking twin room was also equipped with an air purifier and was spacious for the price (perhaps because it was formerly the Holiday Inn Kochi, the room was comfortable). The freshly baked croissants and Danishes at the breakfast buffet were excellent. For dinner, we could order from the extensive Japanese, Western and Chinese menu at the attached restaurant, Good Luck, according to our budget, which was also satisfying.
