Itsy by Treebo - Coco Inn

The reason we chose this hotel is because of the location it was situated at and we put up family here. For all the people who come across this property kindly refrain from booking this hotel . We checked in and left the hotel immediately within an hour due to the following reasons - 1) Their Lift doesn’t work and you carry luggage upstairs uptill 4th floor. 2) Staff unbelievably rude zero customer service skills and are more concerned about taking a picture while check in for identification, rather than helping with the luggage. 3) Rooms were so dirty that sitting on their bed to using the toilet felt disgusting. There were literally stains on the bed and the quilt provided was never washed. Bathroom had a bucket which changed its colour to black from white due to stains. 4) walls had spit on it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE . When asked to clean we were told “ it is what it is “ . Kindly take this review seriously both the owner to maintain basic hygiene for hu***s to stay else even an animal would feel sick there, and the customers who want to stay here . Go look at the facility before you book .
