Hotels in Mae Haad, Koh Tao

The hotel is old, but very conveniently located. Everything is nearby. Not noisy. We booked a room with a pool view, but they gave us a huge room with a sea view for free 👍 The room is huge, sunny with a gorgeous view. Delight! The hotel itself was once great, but now everything is old, shabby, falling apart. Overall, it's bearable for 3-4 days. Keep in mind that there are a lot of insects and terrible centipedes that crawl into the room - this is very scary for children. The prices for food and beer in the hotel are the same as in the cafes nearby. You don't have to go and eat at the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea.

The place to stay is very good, just take care of yourself is enough.

Trusted the description of the hotel and was wrong. About the pros, clean room, updated walls and furniture inside the room, comfortable bed, large room, water, tea, coffee, great staff, visually clean pool, walk from the pier, relatively secluded. Now about the cons, took a room with access to the pool, the floor in the exit area, the paint is bought off, the bench in the exit area is split, the mattresses on the sun loungers are old, on the side of the room, but visible from the sun lounger and the windows of the room there were garbage containers, and around them a mountain of plastic bottles. The children in the pool played in such a way as to interfere with a relaxing holiday as much as possible, jumping from your area by the pool or nearby, I had to make a remark, in the morning they played football, incl. running through the room area. There is a construction site nearby, to the left of the bungalow and room area. Perhaps it is quieter higher up. In general, the hotel is apparently for families. Breakfast was enough for me. I stayed for one night and changed the hotel.

We stayed two nights which was enough for us. Outdated rooms, but big beds that were comfy. Unfortunately had to move rooms halfway through due to availability. Location not too bad. No hot water one night. Tv did not work.

Amazing hotel! The best!!!))) We have been to many places in 1.5 months in Thailand but we have never received such warm and enthusiastic emotions anywhere else! Everything is at the highest level, the staff is wonderful! The hotel is small, that is why it has such a secluded atmosphere, the room is just delight)) what a view opens up, it is impossible to describe in words! The most delicate bed linen, the bed is very comfortable. In general, stylish, beautiful, clean, pleasant and secluded! I really want to come back again))

We stayed in a room right on the beach for two nights. The location is great, it didn't take us long to get from the pier. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There was also laundry service. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the party part of the island. But it fits! There is a restaurant right next door for breakfast or cold drinks in between.

The location of the hotel is very good. It only takes about five minutes from the pier. The sanitation of the hotel is acceptable, but the toilets are a bit shabby and cost-effective. It is recommended

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were great and very helpful. They offered a shuttle to and from the pier which was great. They had scooter located right at the hotel to rent which is definitely they way to get around and explore koh Tao, don’t try to get around by vehicle it takes too long. The resort itself was amazing, breakfast was great and because its location up on the hill it made for some really awesome sunset pictures. The restaurant closes at 3 but honestly there are so many great restaurants in town that you will want to head there for dinner. The location might be the best part as koh Tao is a pretty busy little island and so it is nice to get out of the chaos so you can relax a bit in peace. Overall this resort was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay here again. Don’t listen to some of the other reviews, I was skeptical about staying here after I had read some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised once we got to the resort.
