Such a nice place, I would really reccommend to anyone in the area. Rooms are nice w a balcony.

Such a nice hotel! The location is great not far from town very quiet, and the staff are so friendly

It was ok size for 4 people. Overall comfortable but lack of few details that would have make our stay more enjoyable. There was no: - soap holder - so soap stay on counter being wet - No hand towel or other towel size than bath towel - no hook to hang towel. - No place to dry clothes after the beach. No drying rack on balcony, no clothes line, no nothing - Don't count on having hot water- you can either have hot water or pressure, not both... Overall - the walls of the hotel are so thin, you can hear your neighbors sings, talk, shower, etc... Since people party a lot, they come back late to their room, so with 2 small children, it was very bad as they kept waking up in the middle of the night...Our neighbors were drunk and really noisy...we did not have luck on this one. Will not come back with kids for sure, but maybe with adults only.

Not safe at all, you left at night alone with any loud or aggressive guests. No nights staff and public access from the street to you room door. Feel it. Overall rooms are clean.

Overall worth the price for the my solo travel, had a good stay !

All you need. Close to everything, clean and easy check in. Would book again.

Great choise for all aspects! It is located close to all activities in Sairee beach, all best restaurants and daily goods saling shops, but it is quiet, no disturbance from parties or walking street noise. Hotel located in quite corner. Update: staff (front desk and housekeepers) speaks English as well (Trip.com description mentioned only Thai and Sweden as spoken languages). Room was clean and convinient with 24 hours hot water nd electricity supply. Owner allowed us to check out later, but did not charge anything, special thanks for that. If we will come back to Koh Tao, definately this hotel will be our primary choice.

This was a good basic room that is a bit out of the way but nice for the price and fairly close to the main night area and beaches. The beds were tiny but did the job ok. After hours you must walk around to the back which involved walking an extra road down and wasn’t convenient to find at night.

It is a decent hotel with a good relationship quality for price. It is close to Sairee Beach and easy to move around Koh Tao. I will recommend it if you are on a budget. Good services overall. Staff was friendly and helpful.
