We stayed at three different hotels/resorts for our honeymoon and by far the most memorable experience was during our stay at the IC. The friendly and helpful staff always went the extra step to be helpful and accommodating. We were able to relax and enjoy all of the services that were made available to us, and enjoy having dates at the different picturesque sights throughout the day. In particular, the speed of the services such as requesting a buggy or ordering room service were extremely quick! We would like to thank all of the wonderful staff who worked hard all day to give us such a wonderful experience. In particular Emily at the lobby was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived to every time we happened to pass by. Thank you all, for making this once in a lifetime honeymoon truly exceptional. We hope to come again for a longer stay during future anniversaries!

This place is lovely. Very quiet, very calm, is literally right on the beach where you can watch the sunset every day. You can walk up the beach to a few bars and restaurants. The pool is clean. The lady that seems to run this place on her own is just lovely and very friendly. HOWEVER..... It's quite run down and very no frills. When we were there, they didn't have their own food or bar. If you wanted food, you needed to order in advance and all they did was get a takeaway from a local place and add a fee on top. If you wanted drinks you had to go to the shop. Breakfast again is at an extra cost, has to be ordered the day before and is just a takeaway from the place 5 minutes down the road. The BBQ they say they have for you to use, is a tiny mini thing that you have to buy everything for. The bicycles they say they have for you to use for free are mainly broken, tyres punctured, side stand stuck down, chain slips etc. They do have kayaks though, that are free, and they were good fun in the calm, warm Thai waters. One 500ml bottle of water was replaced once every 2 days in the room. The TV didn't work. The sockets sparked. There is basically nothing nearby. You HAVE to have a moped or car to go and do anything. But again, it was a lovely quiet, peaceful, picturesque and welcoming stay in a very basic place. There were shy lizards everywhere. There is an unlimited supply of towels for the beach or pool. The staff are so incredibly lovely,

I have chance to come back Koh Samui since 6 years. The island is still quiet even lot of bars and restaurant start to open for high season coming. Am Samui resort have nothing changes before and after Covid 19 in term of nature,calm, peach and now with new team Management leading by Mr. Leo improve the Services standard as 5 stars place. The restaurant just located on the beach during my time stay the have Wedding party with romantic set up. Room is reasonable in October and all are iclean, landscape ground tidy and green. The beach is taken care every day. Thank you Leo and team for good taking care. And I highly recommend Am Samui Resort to everyone.

Four families went on a trip during the National Day and chose this hotel with a relatively high rating. Although it is a bit far from the airport, it is very close to Pig Island. The cost is very affordable, and the hotel also waives the children's fee. The people in the hotel are very nice and honest, and the experience is very nice.

The Conrad Koh Samui was hailed by many netizens as one of the crown jewels in Hilton's Asia Pacific hotel portfolio and having experienced it, I would proudly say the same too. I would even rate this as the best hotel experience I've had in recent years with full marks given to the hospitality of the staff, amazing views and great rooms. My wife and I had the best time during our 3D2N recent trip to Conrad Koh Samui where we booked a villa for 2 pax. The hotel is situated at an amazing location with legendary views of the sea and sunset from your own villa, which has a private infinity pool for us to lounge around. Despite it's age, the villa is maintained in a great condition and recent refurbishments which I understood took place during the COVID19 years further enhanced our experience of staying at the Conrad Koh Samui. Most of all, what made our stay so great was the hospitality of the staff on site. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Jack Huang (Assistant Guest Relations Manager), who reached out to us via email prior to our arrival and kept in touch with us via whatsapp (almost on a 24 hrs basis) to ensure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He made my wife and I feel welcomed from the first minute we stepped onto the resort, addressing us by our names each time he sees us, making us feel like we are old friends of his. Even after we have left, he made arrangements to mail us an item which we left behind at the hotel despite his busy schedule. We are highly appreciative of him and his team for taking such good care of us during our stay and their hospitality is definitely one of the reasons why our stay is highly memorable! If you are looking for a place to unwind, I would definitely recommend staying a few days at the Conrad Koh Samui!

This hotel is perfect for couples, especially for a honeymoon. The decor is beautiful and it opens onto the beach. It is on the sunset side of the island, but this side of the island is very quiet and a distance away from the hustle and bustle of Samui. If you’re wanting a relaxing, romantic, tranquil sunset getaway, then this hotel is perfect. If you’re looking to party or socialise, then I would advise to stay on the other side of the island. The hotel is superb, the room is large, the swimming pool is clean and slightly salty, and there is unlimited supply of drinking water in glass bottles. You need a phone to call a battery car wherever you go. Breakfast is until 10:30, rich in variety and delicious. Beach restaurants and Thai restaurants are also delicious. There are 2 Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk of the hotel, and a Chinese-speaking chef in the breakfast room. In the evening, you can play kayaks and surfboards on the beach, or you can snorkel. There is a lovely employee on the beach called amp who provides one-on-one teaching and is very patient. Beach shoes are also provided for free. The hotel is on a relatively remote cliff, and it is not very convenient to get out of the hotel. If you need to call a car or a hotel to help you book a car, it is most suitable to rent a car by yourself. When you come out of Samui Airport, all car rental companies are available. Will consider staying next time. The best resort ever.

The location is a bit remote. The hotel is not big, but watching the sunset is super beautiful. The location of the swimming pool is the best place to watch the sunset. It is very comfortable under the shadow of the coconut trees. It is mainly foreigners and there are few Asians. The breakfast is semi-buffet and semi-single The way you ordered it, the fried eggs were good!

The Kanok Buri is a good hotel with its unique location, which will allow you to be ”calm*” and on the beach. * there are noise damages related to insects and animals of all kinds. The hotel restaurant is good and in hotel prices except the 300bath cocktails I find cheap but they are very good. Let's go to the rooms and chalets the rooms are old as most Thai hotels with average budget, the chalets are old as well. The room features OK but the sdb has bad shower is small and works half the jacuzzi bathroom works but you don't need to press because low water flow. For the chalet, all the same except that the sdb is more functional but with the same flow of water. Clean in the 2 all is clean beds, floor covers etc only low point of their cleaning showers and bathrooms show some trace of dust or sand etc. My personal opinion is a good hotel but just clean a little the showers and bathrooms.

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We chose the capsule because we only passed through there to sleep, but the villas looked very beautiful. The very beautiful pool also, in the middle of all the villas. In the neighborhood there is not just a little ambience, it is to be relaxed. The breakfast is in front of the hotel and has 7 different varieties, it is not a buffet. We broke our bag and the owner helped us fix it. ¡Very recommendable!
