1. Had 2 separate bookings and requested them to make it a back-to-back reservation so I have the same room throughout my stay. Had informed them prior to arrival (assured me it’s done), had to request and remind again upon check in (apparently wasn’t done). Came by the front desk to check on it a day before my 2nd booking (it wasn’t done yet again!). The next day, my key wasn’t working as it wasn’t programmed for my entire stay. They gave me a bogus reason that I need to check in again when I was assured everything was resolved on 3 occasions! 2. Requested for late check out and was told to check again on the eve of my departure. Checked on the eve of my departure, to only be rejected for late check out. Was repeatedly told to keep my luggage at 12pm when I was trying to reason with them. We know we can leave our luggage like any other hotel but didn’t want to. Hence, the late check out. The staff should be able to see the occupancy forecasts and manage my expectations upon check in and not disappoint me on a later day. 3. Shared my negative experience and after some empathetic requests (I didn’t want any monetary service recovery), was given an extra hour for late check out. They said that’s the best they can do. 4. Make sure to lock all your valuables in the safe. Housekeeping left my door ajar after make up room. I only found out when I returned at night! 5. Nice beach bar but basic cocktails. The minimum spent for a sofa/bed is ridiculously high. So visit other beach bars with better service and cocktails. 6. To all that’s reading this, don’t expect any empathy and assistance from this hotel. Don’t make any request! They can’t resolve them! I gave them 2 stars for the below. Positives: 1. Location is okay, quiet area with some stores and restaurants 2. Staff was friendly and pool is warm to dip 3. Breakfast acceptable.

Chaweng Beach Koh Samui|0.07km from Pariya Spa
Having just returned home from our 3rd trip to the beautiful island of Koh Samui I had to write my first ever review. Staying in the quiet side of Chaweng beach but a short taxi ride to the main area. Via *******. The hotel has many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Including the one opposite Noi , Melee Kitchen and many many more. The poolside bar has a good choice of local food and fries etc we had lunch most days . Breakfast buffet and egg station very good with staff soon knowing our favourite hot drinks and how you like your eggs etc . Hotel and rooms kept really clean and hand sanitizer at restaurant and reception. Could use one at pool bar to use before eating but rooms all close by so if you want to pop back to room no problem. Hotel is small which we like as no hustle for space around pool or it’s beautiful clean beach. You also get to know the staff really well . The staff here are amazing from the pool bar ( excellent cocktails) to the girls in the breakfast area . Cleaners ,grounds and reception staff all with warm smiles . One giving our 4 year old granddaughter small gifts every day of bracelets hair clips and chocolate. Made her stay truly special. The grounds are well kept and the beach is truly gorgeous. The pool is lovely although quite hard to get in and out of if like us you are over 50 or have mobility problems . Steep steps to get in and out. Love the little huts which give shade but at the moment have bean bags which for the young without mobility problems are fine but quite hard to get up from. I did say to the manager might be an idea to give a choice of a lounger or bean bag . I had to ask for a chair as I had trouble keep getting up from the floor. Other then this we a party of 6 including three 30 years old a 4 year old and two over fifty had a truly fantastic holiday here with wonderful helpful staff . One even left the hotel to source an ice cream for our granddaughter . Would highly recommend.

The hotel’s private beach is less than 20 metres walk away and has a beautiful view. The only dissatisfaction is that the water temperature of the shower is not well regulated, not too hot or too cold. The waiter is very enthusiastic, but there are not many Chinese. The location is a bit biased. If you go out to eat, you need some time to see where you are going.

Chaweng Beach
A small but exquisite hotel in Chaweng Beach. The room faces the beach. You can swim and sunbathe in the yard, or you can go directly to the beach to soak in the sea. The water is calm and the beach is soft. The hotel has complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service, and the breakfast is not many but very fine. I will choose here next time.

The 6 day stay was quite nice ,we were offered a discount since it was low season. The rooms were spacious & well equipped also a jug . Very close to 7/11 , restaurant shops & transport up town. The beach is clean easy swimming in the blue water. There is also good shade on beach. Breakfast was adequate & a meal at night on the deck over looking the ocean was lovely with the sun slowly setting in the west . We had some problems with the aircon & it was fixed straight away .staff were all friendly and polite. I would recommend this accommodation but if you are into late night partying it not the right place.

Pros: quite a good location, peaceful beach and very serene atmosphere, two friendly ladies at reception Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or Expedia and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there. It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.
