Best Western Knoxville Suites - Downtown

Jennifer is the best friend ever. We love it here. It isn’t fancy, but we don’t care. The room is clean, smells great and close to everything. Very convenient to the campus and restaurants. Once again, Jennifer is such a great person. We are heading to the mountains tomorrow
Graduate Knoxville

The hotel is located at the intersection of Seventeenth Street and Lake Street, and is very convenient to the University of Tennessee. There are buses KAT11 and 10 nearby, which can reach West Knoxville and downtown. The hotel has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The bed was large and nice. The problem was that Ctrip showed that there was breakfast. When I checked in, I said that there was no breakfast, and that Ctrip commissioned booking. The price is still so much, breakfast is gone.

My wife and I stayed here one night, March 26/23, on our return home from Florida. This is very convienient for people travelling on I75, easy off and easy on!! The room was very spacious and had light housekeeping in room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The on thing that was a little funny was the tiny TV. Not a problem for us as we were tired after 12hrs on the road. The price was VERY good in comparison to other nearby hotels. i.e. less than $100.00 all in. I would stay here again and will put on my list of good places to stay in future.

This was our best hotel stay in ages. We were checked in by Natalie, who was friendly, helpful, and just fun. She made sure to get us a quiet room and made sure we were clear on how to get to our evening's destination. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The wifi took a bit of finagling to get connected, but once we got it connected, it stayed connected and worked well. We slept soundly and comfortably, waking up refreshed. Check out went smoothly. We'll return if possible.

The stay itself was ok. No breakfast due to the pandemic but people outside and in smoking areas were not worried about the pandemic. The outside areas weren't very clean at all, drug baggies, pipe packaging, just another east tn thing. Unfortunately.

Great Hampton/Hilton facility. Spacious, suite, large bath, separate coffee/bar nook. All modern amenities. And sooo clean. The staff is beyond pleasant. Delightful check in with Perry. Would stay here again. This is the nicest Hampton so far on our 2-week trip.
