Over all the staff was excellent and the room were also very comfortable and nice. The elevators could use a little cleaning up daily. we arrived a little late in the evening and when we got on the elevator, it was obvious it hadn't been swept or mopped in days.

It’s conveniently located with several restaurants close— and a short drive (or cheap Uber) away from Knoxville downtown area. The hotel is nothing fancy, but the room is always clean and the staff is great!

We like how spacious the room was and the cleanliness when we walked in. Unfortunately, within the first hour we had to kill 3 bugs. We were glad the hotel provided breakfast, but there weren’t many options and the food was stale.

Everything but the Noise from the Highway was great EXCEPT the giant Hole in the ceiling that was NEVER Addressed when I brought it to the front desks attention. Was told a manager would call me the following day. NEVER HAPPENED!!! So this is the repercussion ,I tell tell & show all

I thought I was going to be disappointed because it wasn’t close to the venue and I didn’t know the area well. the pictures don’t really have ALL of the room, just the side with the beds. so I was exceptionally surprised when we walked into the room. It was beautiful, I loved the setup, my roomies where also pleased with my pick so overall it was great. I will stay there again next time I come to Knoxville!

You can tell that it is a older hotel. The owners have tried to remodel but it have a smell. They floor that we were on smell like people were smoking on the floor. When it a no smoke hotel. I would have to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I rate it a 2.

Garbage everywhere outside. No no picks up around the grounds of the property. Very run down. Ordered DoorDash and it was stolen from outside our door before we could get there. Room was dirty. Crumbs on the couch and countertop. Dirty bathroom floor. Staff was friendly but very slow.

Check in lady was very nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tragic. Says 6-9, I arrive at 5 til 8 and there’s no coffee and only a few eggs left, no one to tell visible. Overheard the man at the front desk tell someone he was the only one there.
