Had a great experience at the restaurant. The staff are soo proffesional, the waitress i think by the nane Sharon made our day. The restaurant ambience is great, the pool wowed the kids, the warm welcome at the reception was at another level. Will definately be back

1. @ Somerset hotel every thing is perfect from the entrance the security guards are so perfect and welcome. Before checking the car, they first greet and seek the permission to proceed with their duty and explains why and what their about to do 2. @ the second security check before getting to the reception, they go extra to give the best experience 3. @ the reception, it is another world, you might think they are just setting expectations that they will never sustain in your duration at the hotel 4 restaurant and room service, they are super good and you keep getting people checking on you in case they see moving around to know if you might need anything 6 breakfast amezing 7. Gym top notch 8. All international new channel and free Netflix I mean those are the few I have experienced as I was only here for a week but it is the best from all other countries I have gone including my home country. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Even when I couldn't get accommodation on my arrrival, the staff organized for transfer to another sister hotel at the same price with no extra charges.

I booked a 1 room unit (near parking/reception) for a 5 night stay at Woodmere. I had second thoughts when a woman in the opposite unit endlessly ranted and shouted till around midnight. I reported this occurrence as it was impacting my stay. For the next 4 nights l was moved to a suite overlooking the swimming pool - a much nicer, more comfortable and spacious apartment with a balcony - without any extra charge being incurred. I extended my stay a further 2 nights when offered the reduced rate of $100 US for the extra 2 nights. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Thanks especially to Nelly and Mark at reception for your professionalism and kindness. Thanks also to the maid Betty. Thank you Woodmere! I highly recommend you.
