The employees are amazing the motel is located in a perfect spot close to everything

Douglass at check in set the stage for one of the best stays I’ve had. He was a good listener, was polite and attentive. He anticipated my needs and got me the perfect room. He’s a gem- you should give him a raise. And no, I’ve never met him before in my life. If I come back to Kingman, it will be here that I stay. Thank you, Cary

The guy at the front desk was the only polite experience, the hotel is dirty and super bad condition at least my room was super dirty, will not stay there again

There was mold on the curtains above the air conditioner. Tissue was stuffed in the peephole of the door. The wall socket wasn’t in the wall but dangling with plugs plugged in. The plastic wrapping for the cup provided at the sink had yellow water in it, and it was sealed.

My room is smelled like smoke and it was dirty

The breakfast was lacking. There was coffee, juice boxes and muffins.

All was really good

Stay was ok. Staff was good and helpful. Walls were dirty and sheets in one of the beds were dirty. Served its purpose though and felt safe.

Staff was great

The area where its located is good. The parking lot has plenty of lighting and its clean. The front desk staff was very professional and polite. The building its self, is older and in need of maintenance. Specially on the second floor. Tge room was decent expected for a $53 a night hotel. The carpet is not the cleanest, yet, the room was acceptable. Linens were clean. However, im here in January, bring your own blankets because what is provided is not warm. I had to turn on the heat most of the night. Over all, I would not honey moon her, but it does get out through a night.

Bed was comfortable. I guess that's what matters. Not your standard Days Inn. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and a fruit cup. Facility was run down and filthy. Floor in room was coming up.

Single night stay. Arrived late at night and tired to find a few hairs in the bed that weren’t ours. Overall a decent over night stop.

Tracy at the front desk was very, very helpful and very knowledgeable.
