Very Disappointed.
One week before arrival, I received an email from Southernmost asking if I wanted to be on eStandby to upgrade to a King bed- I said yes.
The next day I got a call from the resort saying I was being moved to a different location due to renovations and would be upgraded to a King to make up for the inconvenience.
They charged me for the upgrade anyway and when I called to dispute it, they were resistant and made a big deal of it as they argued with me over the $112 over-charge.
We had a large group of friends staying there - this left a very poor impression with all of us.
