Holiday Inn Kayseri - Duvenonu

The presence of the Kayseri who feels like ”He came home” is incredibly beautiful. Mr. Kaan, Lord Jesus and the whole valley of my friends should be seen in the entrance. In his face, to realize that my sweetness is swept from the spirit, It makes you feel very special. I am talking about the lady of St. Selma, whose voice touches the hearts, which I think has a gentle, elegant and silk soul, who has many more praiseful words. In particular, Selma, who is the lady, Thank you very much to all our staff in this guide. I am very happy to be here and to know your values. Good to be there..

Although the room is small and fully equipped, it is still very clean. The details are OK, but the equipment is a little outdated. But it's still acceptable, the price is a little on the high side. Overall satisfied

We came to Kayser at midnight during the journey and made a departure after breakfast, except for our habits. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave room 501, when we went out, when we saw the room and bed was used, we objected, then we were referred to number 410. We were not opened the key room this time, and we passed to 310, The bathroom and toilet were used in this room before! The room was enough for size and decoration. Our additional pad was turned back because of the hour, morning breakfast was very light and simple, the eggs had changed colour from coaxing several times, We went out of the hotel and went to dinner to the Divan cake. I really regret that a beautiful hotel was so badly operated. They certainly stayed in class on cleaning and hygiene.

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and went to Erciyes with service. The hotel is very clean and everything you may need in the rooms. It is in a 15-minute walk to the centre, a noise-free district. This allows you to satisfy your needs with comfort without your vehicle. I can say breakfast is very good. I can't find such a quality hotel at this price level everywhere. I can advise everyone who comes to Kayseri.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Kayseri

Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay.

Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far as possible of this hotel. Even if you’re on a plane near this area, tell your pilot to deviate and don’t overfly this horrible place. The room was super small, old, poor maintained, broken power outlets, not working wifi and has the worst cigarette smell that I’ve ever feel in my life. There was no hot water, no towels, not a curtain in the shower and just the remains of what used to be a roll of toilet paper long ago. It seems that they haven’t clean the room properly and there’ were some pills over a used ashtray (obviously with remains of a cigarette) near the window. The communication with staff was almost imposible, they don’t accept to change the room for a one that wasn’t a smokers room, my wife is asthmatic and has had a horrible asthma attack in the room, possible due to previous smokers on the room. When we checked out early in the morning, like 2:30 am there was no body on the reception, the door was locked and the key on the lock, so basically we had to leave the room key on the front desk, open the door myself and find my way out. I have been in a lot of bad hotels in my life, but nothing get closer to this horrible experience, and i considered myself a very calm person that tries to see the glass half full. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
