服務不好，訂了二天房，入住時前台也確定了是住二天，可是夜裡1：00手機和房間座機都收到電話，問住幾天。一點客户意識都沒有，嚴重影響睡眠，都是長者了，吵醒客人後很難入睡。

自欺欺人的客房服務（我要求重新換布草，客房有模有樣的拿了套新的結果我當時就在邊上盯着工作人員居然還是把原有帶有毛髮的床單給我鋪了一遍...）
更有意思的 洗手液兑的水居然連泡沫都打不出來...

早飯很差，早晨9點30下去基本沒有什麼東西了。我和孩子吃完早飯後不久就開始拉肚子，本來自駕去賽里木湖的行程衹好取消。返程回家路上進了6、7次服務區上廁所。照片是早餐筷子用紙巾擦了後的照片，黑的！

這個酒店乾淨還可以，我訂了個大床房，問前台加個被子都沒加到，説沒有多餘的被子，還有房間裏搞了個自動馬桶，半夜用過太吵了，早餐太差

有免費停車場，自駕遊的比較方便。酒店周圍就有吃飯的地方，價格不貴。就是酒店房間的枕頭上居然有頭髮，而且是兩個枕頭都有，貌似沒換枕套的樣子。因為入住的時候快凌晨一點了，發現櫃子裏有枕頭，就把床上枕頭拿走用櫃子裏的了。其後檢查了床鋪還好沒啥不乾淨。酒店環境還是不錯的。房間裏的設施一般般吧。早餐比較簡單。退房也沒有評論裏説的送什麼金絲玉手鍊。去住的旅客進入房間檢查下床上用品。
