Nice and clean hotel, was expecting more spa and thermal facilities. Dinner was average, breakfast good.

Nice hotel

The bedding is very tacky and scratchy. The faucet is very difficult to open like a jack. I can't push it up. I don't know if it's rusty or something. Then the hot spring pool was really dark, sticky, and dirty. You didn’t need to see your room card to enter the restaurant or hot spring pool. There was no place to take a shower. I was forced to buy a swimming cap for one dollar.

All liked it! Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and dinner, wonderful spa with hot springs!

Excellent value for money

Hotel is very good cost-effective

Very attractive out-of-town spa hotel surrounding a large pool. Three storeys, easy to navigate. The place accommodates hundreds of people but it doesn't feel like that and the restaurant is organised well to accommodate everyone smoothly. Food excellent too. An enjoyable place to be. Rooms and bathrooms excellent. A mid-size supermarket is a short 10 minute walk into town. 100 yards further is an ATM machine.

My wife and I stayed here as a tour stop. A relatively new hotel some distance out of town. Probably somewhere around 400 rooms in 5 blocks around a large pool. Eating is buffet style evening and breakfast in a large dining room, and is hectic. I think I counted around 15 buses in the carpark behind, and they were arriving well into the evening and then out early in the morning. The bar service in the foyer was haphazard by the bar attendants at best. One service was while he was on the mobile phone and then another with one encouraging us to go down to the pool bar to avoid work. Sloshed our margueritas all over the table on delivery. The morning checkout was chaos, with two attendents and a very long queue. People pushing in with tour groups looking to leave. The billing system is all on paper and the reception staff must check everyone for accuracy.

We stayed here as part of a tour, so we did not have a choice. The motel is fairly new and well out of town, so you need to be mindful of this when staying there. The place is large with many facilities but it is popular with tourists groups. The restaurant is able to cater to large bookings and can cater for most requirements. An observation about their record of drinks can be of concern as we had drinks booked to our room that we didn’t have but didn’t have time to resolve before rejoining the tour group. On a positive note, when going to breakfast we were treated to a spectacular sight of hot air balloons launching nearby.

Odalar temiz housekeeping müdürü işini başarıyla yaptığı belli olmalı ki heryer pırıl pırıl . Yemekler leziz . Restourant çalışanları özverili . Hasibe hanıma ilgisinden ve alakasından dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Termal havuz sefasını sürmek gerçekten keyif verici .
