All good except they charge us the parking lot fee , i guess it is normal for canada totally walkable everywhere good

Location was great - minutes walk from Steven Ave, Calgary Tower, airport bus, restaurants, hire car place. Good service with luggage storage. Lovely pool & pool-side lounges.

It was in awesome area , close to rail. Staff helpful . Our room was comfortable, , very clean & made up every day . Great food , bar .

Facilities are nice! The location is very close to everything you need. Check-in and check-out are also very smooth! Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

My toilet wouldn’t work here and staff didn’t help me at all nor would they compensate me. They also charge 20 for parking which is crazy

One of the worst hotel stays I've had so far. The check-in process was extremely disappointing, the rooms were very small, and the lighting was poor and dim throughout. The only reason someone might choose this hotel is its downtown location. Other than that, it is absolutely not worth the price. Paying over CAD 500 for two rooms felt unreasonable given the quality of the experience. Honestly, I wouldn't value the stay at even CAD 90. To make matters worse, there was no water dispenser and no complimentary water provided. Overall, the hotel falls far short of expectations and does not offer good value for money.

Good location, close to tram (5 mins walk). Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Some basic items is upon request... and were not being granted ..

We were unlucky, after arriving at the hotel quite late, the room we were in turned out to be broken, the heater/ac was broken, after that we were offered to move rooms, which was really troublesome for us and made us disappointed .The good news is, the hotel is next to Anytime Fitness, which my son just had to walk there.
