I am quite confused as to why they don’t provide laundry service as indicated on the amenities page.
I purposely had booked this hotel to get some of my clothes washed, and apparently there is no self laundry/ laundry service on site when asked.

This is my second time staying at Gesar Hotel. It is listed as a three-star hotel. It is in the old town of Kangding and is very convenient for parking, food, accommodation and shopping. This time I came here specifically from the mainland to escape the smog. This season is the off-season for tourism in Kangding, and there are few foreign tourists on the streets.
