We loved our stay at the cinnamon citadel. The hotel and the amazing pool were perfect for relax time after sightseeing the area. The view was amazing and calm. The service was impeccable, we enjoyed dinner and music every evening and finally stayed longer than planned.

We had a nice stay. The facilities are not new but very clean and well maintained. It's a bit far out, so you'll need to take a ride anywhere.

Pros:
-Great location, beautiful view of the river
-Wonderful dinner buffet
Cons:
-Check in took close to an hour as they couldn’t find my booking. Had to reach out to trip.com for help. That said trip customer service is excellent
-Rooms are quite old and had a musky smell

房間乾淨，舒服。大堂和泳池周圍坐着很舒服，可以發呆一整天！周圍環境很好，酒店旁邊有一個湖，對面有座小山丘。早上起來聽着小鳥在歌唱，對了，這邊有很多烏鴉😄

Our second stay in this hotel after 2013. The hotel still got this wonderful atmosphere when you enter - you immediately relax and wind down. Rooms are wonderful and clean, room service is quick and reliable. Service in the restaurant is perfect, but the bar still has some room for improvement. The quality of food is excellent. Also the support of the reception desk is great! They helped us a lot to sort out the issue we had with our train tickets going to Ella - thanks again!
