A Pleasant Stay with Minor Hiccups I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. The check-in process did take a little longer than expected, likely because I arrived during peak hours when many travelers were checking in. Despite this minor inconvenience, the experience was quite positive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant looked great from the outside and seemed very inviting. The lobby was another impressive aspect, being both spacious and beautiful. However, it could benefit from having more sofas or seating areas for visitors waiting to check in. This small improvement would greatly enhance the comfort of the guests. For Muslim travelers, the convenience of having Surau An-Nur Kasturi Heights right in front of the hotel entrance is a significant advantage. It makes attending prayers very easy and accessible. If you’re interested in shopping, MesaMall is a nearby shopping complex that you can visit. It's just a short distance from the hotel and offers a variety of stores and dining options. Additionally, if you want to try some local food, you can easily have it delivered to the lobby using food delivery apps like Shopee Food. This adds a great level of convenience, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine without leaving the comfort of the hotel. In conclusion, despite the slightly lengthy check-in process, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for its excellent facilities, convenient location, and the added convenience of nearby amenities and food delivery options.

It was a pleasant stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest.The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.It was a great value for money.The room is spacious and clean.The pool and waterpark made the kids really enjoyed the stay. This is refurbished hotel, upgraded in 2023. The room quiet spacious with basic items. My kids so happy with the pool, can so-call waterpark because of the ‘playgorund’ inside. The breakfast so amazing. All foods are tasty 🤤. Thank you for having us!

Pool for kids have alots of 🍂 ths. I’m not sure they not clean the pool before open the pool or what.

As we stayed 3 night with breakfast included, We've to move for 3 morning to buffet breakfast restaurant. But behavior of staff like we're alien entering wrongly and they push us straight to the end corner table specially a muscle man cum body builder asking roughly to show voucher before having seat. It happened in every single day! I wondered how a 4 Star hotel continuing this type behavior with hotel guest!

A place that makes my family happy and worth it with the memories of laughs.. big room, easy parking n cleanness good.
