Our room here was of a higher standard than that at the Pinnacle’s Edge Resort. It was a standard motel room. It was close to everything e.g. a tavern, the fish and chip shop, the beach. It was an ideal base from which to explore the town, beach and National Park. However, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a dirty food pot under the bed and a sweet under the chair. The tea towel did not seem to be fresh. This was one of only two motels/hotels that we stayed in in our five weeks in Australia that did not provide a daily cleaning service or a change of towels. Our main problem was that there was a very strong light shining into our bedroom from the wall outside of the laundry which meant that our room was not dark when we wanted to sleep.

Outdoor area could look much better, gardens, pool etc. Totally let down by one thing - the attitude of staff member and manager regarding my frozen food thawing in the freezer section of the fridge. They were not bothered and suggested my food would keep for a week ( I chucked it). This place wasn't cheap considering it was basic. Good customer service is paramount today as it's always been! Tip - freezer doesn't cope!

After a bit trip from Perth to Exmouth and back in a hire car, of all the accomodation we stayed in, this place really felt like home! We had a family 2 bedroom fully self contained apartment and we had so much room for a family of four to stretch out and relax! We had a washing machine and full kitchen to wash and cook. Michelle and Craig have really thought of everything in the rooms and as far as facilities, everything is just so CLEAN and tidy!!! You can see they are flat out doing the place up and I can’t wait to make this a place to visit on our next trip to WA to see how it’s all looking! Michelle and Craig could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble! 10/10 would recommend and will be back 😍

My wife and stayed here for two nights. Sha was very welcoming. Room was very spacious. Bed was also very comfortable. The complex has a pool, outdoor table and chairs and bbq for guests to use There is also a lounge area for guests to use. The continental breakfast was very good and started off with a big bowl of fresh fruit salad. The room could have done with some more bench space. We found the door stop to be in a dangerous position - could be easily tripped over and a nasty injury as a result. We put a bag here to stop any accident. There was a nice big spa and candles, however we found the spa slippery. If we were in Kalbarri again we would certainly stay here.

Outdoor area could look much better, gardens, pool etc. Totally let down by one thing - the attitude of staff member and manager regarding my frozen food thawing in the freezer section of the fridge. They were not bothered and suggested my food would keep for a week ( I chucked it). This place wasn't cheap considering it was basic. Good customer service is paramount today as it's always been! Tip - freezer doesn't cope!

Our room here was of a higher standard than that at the Pinnacle’s Edge Resort. It was a standard motel room. It was close to everything e.g. a tavern, the fish and chip shop, the beach. It was an ideal base from which to explore the town, beach and National Park. However, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a dirty food pot under the bed and a sweet under the chair. The tea towel did not seem to be fresh. This was one of only two motels/hotels that we stayed in in our five weeks in Australia that did not provide a daily cleaning service or a change of towels. Our main problem was that there was a very strong light shining into our bedroom from the wall outside of the laundry which meant that our room was not dark when we wanted to sleep.

Small room can accommodate 3 people. The large room can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is large. The network is not very good. The night view of the seaside next to the hotel is very beautiful, and the overall is still very good! A little distance from the town of kalbarri, not in the town, but next to the red cliff.

After a bit trip from Perth to Exmouth and back in a hire car, of all the accomodation we stayed in, this place really felt like home! We had a family 2 bedroom fully self contained apartment and we had so much room for a family of four to stretch out and relax! We had a washing machine and full kitchen to wash and cook. Michelle and Craig have really thought of everything in the rooms and as far as facilities, everything is just so CLEAN and tidy!!! You can see they are flat out doing the place up and I can’t wait to make this a place to visit on our next trip to WA to see how it’s all looking! Michelle and Craig could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble! 10/10 would recommend and will be back 😍

My wife and stayed here for two nights. Sha was very welcoming. Room was very spacious. Bed was also very comfortable. The complex has a pool, outdoor table and chairs and bbq for guests to use There is also a lounge area for guests to use. The continental breakfast was very good and started off with a big bowl of fresh fruit salad. The room could have done with some more bench space. We found the door stop to be in a dangerous position - could be easily tripped over and a nasty injury as a result. We put a bag here to stop any accident. There was a nice big spa and candles, however we found the spa slippery. If we were in Kalbarri again we would certainly stay here.
