L'appartamento è situato in una posizione invidiabile, direttamente sul mare. Dispone di ampi spazi e confortevoli che permettono di rilassarsi completamente. Anche se il paese è molto piccolo e tranquillo, in pochi minuti di auto si raggiunge la splendida spiaggia di Matala, famosa per la sua bellezza naturale e le sue caratteristiche grotte. Una delle esperienza più memorabili del nostro soggiorno è stata cenare sul terrazzo dell'appartamento, godendo di tramonti mozzafiato che ancora oggi suscitano nostalgia. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile, mantenendo una presenza costante presso l'hotel vicino, il che ci ha fatto sentire ben assistiti durante tutto il soggiorno. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole che ha superato le nostre aspettative.

Έκλεισα από το internet ένα διαμέρισμα από την ιδιοκτήτρια Άννα για τρεις ημέρες, γιατί παντρευόταν ο γιός μου.Της είπα τον λόγο της επίσκεψης μου και πως ήθελα τα καλύτερα για μένα το γιό μου και τους καλεσμένους μου.Συνολικά της πλήρωσα για όλους τους καλεσμένους 1285€ γιατί έκλεισα καί 4 δωμάτια στο ξενοδοχείο που έχει στο καλαμάκι και το οποίο ήταν πολυτελείας. Μου πρότεινε δύο διαμερίσματα στο Bella mare luxury apartments,που είχαν δύο υπνοδωμάτια.Το ένα που ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο το είχε 135€. Το άλλο που ήταν στο ισόγειο 115€.Και ότι θα μου χρέωνε κάθε επιπλέον άτομο που θα κοιμόταν στο δωμάτιο 10€ ο καθένας.Εγω προτίμησα το ισόγειο λόγω τιμής .Μου έστειλε μάλιστα και φωτογραφίες, αλλά παρέλειψε να μου πει πως οι κρεβατοκάμαρες ήταν κάτω από την γη, χωρίς παράθυρα, χωρίς κλιματιστικό.Το διαμέρισμα μύριζε μουχλα.Ειχε μόνο έναν ανεμιστήρα στην μια κρεβατοκάμαρα,και όταν ζήτησα άλλο ένα μου είπε πως δεν είχε και έπρεπε να πάει ο σύζυγος της στο Ηράκλειο για να αγοράσει.Δεν ήθελα γενικά να δημιουργήσω άσχημη διάθεση για το παιδί μου και για τους καλεσμένους μου.Δεν είπα λοιπόν τίποτα απλά το ανέχτηκα.Οταν όμως είδαμε ότι και το κλιματιστικό ήταν χαλασμένο ,η Άννα βρήκε αμέσως ένα δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα και μου τον έφερε.Και όταν πήρε τον ψυκτικό μπροστά μου για να έρθει να το φτιάξει,αυτός της είπε πως το κλιματιστικό έχανε φρέον εδώ και χρόνια και δεν μπορεί να κάνει τίποτα.Πως ήθελε αλλαγή.Το ίδιο πρόβλημα είχαν και άλλοι από το 2019 στις κριτικές τους. Περιττό να πω πως την ημέρα του γάμου όλα ήταν καταστροφή.Δεν πρέπει να την πατήσει άλλος άνθρωπος.Αυτοι βλέπουν τους πελάτες τους σαν ζώα και νοικιάζουν ακατάλληλα δωμάτια σε ανθρώπους.
