Super 8 by Wyndham Laurel

I booked a single double bed nonsmoking room. That is what they gave me only it already had someone in it, Imagine our surprise!!! then they transferred me to a single king which would have been great only that it smelled like an ash tray ( bad, I used to smoke and bad by those standards) and the entire room smelled like urine. It was late and i was tired so i went to bed. Mattress was comfortable and the tv and coffee pot did work.

They had cockroaches. The floor was so dirty it turned our feet black. 2 towels, 2 washcloths, & 1 handtowel for 2 adults and 1 teen. The basin for the bathroom sink was very unstable. Dirt and food were under the dresser. Room keys didn’t work for any longer than one use. I don’t recommend this place to anyone ever!!

The shower didn't work and the place was not clean and i was told i would receive $35 and never Got it

Bed bugs!!! No refund!!! Denial even with proof! Only offered a $25 courtesy.

Room was updated but not clean. Comforters had cigarette burns. I had booked a standard room, requested non smoking upon arrival, and was given a smoking room. Shower wasn’t clean. Floors turned our feet black. Bed was comfy. Location was convenient to food, interstate, hospital, and stores.

We had issues with the door not working with our key card and staff went out of their way to help us. Very nice staff. There was moldy window sill.

Room had a horrible ordor. It was tidy it had a stench maybe stale tobacco. I don’t use tobacco so I can’t say.

The woman in the front was so nice but the room was nasty and the bedding was dirty like it hadn’t been washed in years
