The location of the hotel is excellent..right behind the times square and also there is a pedestrian street right in front of the hotel that is great for shopping.. The best part is their breakfast..there are so so many western options to try and its delicious! The room size was good and the amenities were amazing! Only problem was that my room was a bit hot.. Highly recommend it everyone!

Every meal in the restaurant was delicious. The portions were just enough. But there was a reception desk at the door. They confirmed the identity of the guests before letting them in. This would prevent many non-guests from coming in without knowing why. Then when they ordered, they were told that it was not open to the public and walked out. Everyone was embarrassed. The overall operation needs to be improved. Especially the Inn itself made a mistake about my friend's booking time. There was no reasonable solution. He almost ended up on the street during the Spring Festival. This is something I can't understand or accept. I hope the Inn can strengthen its operation management and not ruin its reputation.
