總體來説性價比還是很高的。設施齊全，除了高低鋪房間內空調（一個空調扇），其餘3個房間都有空調，房間整體很大，樓下門口有超市，打車也方便，附近都是本地人居住。我們在裏面還做早餐，冰箱微波爐都能用。就是內衞淋浴器水量小，洗澡洗不爽。不過這個價格來説很不錯，我們5大3小住得挺不錯。隔音一般，太晚了要保持安靜，不然樓下鄰居可能會來投訴哦。
