Fantastic stay! the staff were friendly and helpful and as i had to leave a day early for an emergency they refunded me. Really big room with a good view! Lots of great places around Jincheng. Worth a visit!

差評！隔音超差，隔壁住了巨能聊，跟在你屋裡説話一樣。大半夜三點多還大聲猛聊，不聊了就開始鼾聲如雷。然後清晨五點多一點，又開始放聲狂聊。沒有公德心，擾人休息。
回顧本次入住，一進來就注意到，衞生間紙簍塑料袋裡放水，叫清掃阿姨來，説是怕往裡扔煙頭着火，酒店規定統一放的。我説我不吸煙，可以把它換掉，換個不放水的塑料袋嗎？態度強硬説不行。大家説説，真着火，指着這個？再説這個年代吸煙引發火災那個人素質得差到什麼地步？負全責也不為過吧？酒店可真貼心，為了防火，粑粑紙也可以放裏一起泡着，是可以除菌防臭？
然而就是這麼貼心的酒店，訂單裏説贈的下午茶毛也沒見也沒提。房間電視進來看不了，打了兩遍電話才解決。中間耗時不短。
值得一提，下單時看該房型5-17層都有。入住時告知前台想要個高樓層視野好安靜點的房間。5層起步，答應着知道了卻衹給了6層的。後來説沒打掃出來，勉強給個7層的。然後這一側樓外面不知道辦什麼活動，唱大歌大音響放了一白天，咚咚咚的，可吵。樓內，帶小孩長者住店的，開了幾間房，門都不關，哇哇的大聲聊天、來回躥，關着門都聽到樓道里的吵鬧擾攘喧囂。
這酒店衞生間設施老舊，服務也就這樣，隔音差還讓人休息不好。入住體驗還能怎樣？本打算住的好續的，這下被實力勸退了。

位置還不錯，早餐也可以！房間稍簡陋！
餐食不太貴！
打了招呼説吃飯，晚一些退房，吃了飯上來，發現阿姨已經收拾了房間，泡的茶和咖啡還沒喝！好多行李還放在酒店沒整理，還沒到退房時間呢！
洗衣機衹有一個，沒有烘乾功能，這麼大的酒店呢！
