Shell Properties in Jinan

Came to Jinan for the Shenhua match. To catch an early flight tomorrow, I booked the Shell Hotel after a long search. The hotel service was superb, they even have airport shuttle service, and the facilities are excellent!

The front desk service is warm, the hotel is clean, the facilities are novel and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the environment is elegant, the room is soundproofed, the sleep is quiet, the parking is more convenient, the parking space is at the entrance of the hotel, close to Jingshi Road Metro Line 4, the traffic is very convenient, close to the scenic spot, Especially Baotu Spring and Qilu Hospital can be walked, the overall feeling is superb, the price is super high, especially recommended.

The overall stay experience was good, but there is still room for improvement. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway station and business district; the front desk service is friendly and the check-in procedure is efficient; the room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. However, some facilities are a bit old and the bathroom floor drain is a bit slow. The mineral water was forgotten to be replenished when the guest room was cleaned, and the problem was solved promptly after being reminded. The price/performance ratio is moderate, suitable for short-term business stays. If you can pay more attention to the details of maintenance and enrich the dining options, I will consider staying again and recommend it to friends.

A pleasant stay at Shell Hotel, Jinan. Conveniently located near Daming Lake, offering clean, comfortable rooms with modern touches like automatic blinds. The staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall positive experience. Reasonable rates add value to this delightful hotel. Recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Convenient and fast, there is also a self-service on the second floor, there is a restaurant supermarket downstairs, the hotel has robots and small degrees

Facilities: Basic amenities are provided, including disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, slippers, and a smart toilet. Environment: The location is acceptable; it's close to attractions and within walking distance. Cleanliness: Neat and relatively clean. The room is too small, has no window, and it's a bit difficult to turn around. In the bathroom, you might bump your head against the wall when using the toilet. It's worse than other hotels in the same price range in the area.
