Hotel is located in the industrial area, but lots of food options around, perfect for the evening. The Hotel and the room itself if super clean, smells nice (smoke-free!) and looks and feels classy. Quite nice to remark are the provided fresh fruits, the quite handy small fridge inside the room and the Japanese toilet. The breakfast offers a good choice, slightly more western things would be great, but still delicious definitely recommendable!
Will come again :)

Very very very very very very dissatisfied. The room I stayed in was under a subway construction, and it was useless to complain. I slept from 1am to 4am, and it just kept ringing. I couldn't turn off the TV, so I called the front desk, and they said the remote control was wrong and they needed to change it.
