The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Henglong Plaza, and only a 10-minute walk from the East Gate of Baotu Spring. There was a bit of traffic congestion getting to the hotel entrance due to road construction at Henglong. The room was clean, though the minibar counter was a bit small, making it inconvenient to place things. I'd suggest making it a desk-like surface for easier bag placement. There was no wardrobe, so I'd recommend adding hanging facilities on the wall next to the head of the bed. The bedding was comfortable, hot water was plentiful with good water pressure, and the soundproofing was good; it was very quiet with the window closed. The staff were very enthusiastic, especially the young lady who checked us in – she provided very detailed information. Breakfast was rich, clean, and hygienic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

It’s a bit far from everything. The warm friendly welcome I received from the staff would make me want to stay here over and over again.

The hotel lobby is larger than the general all-seasons. I chose a comfortable room, and the space exceeded my expectations. The equipment is relatively new, and I used Baidu voice control to turn on and off the lights. The toilet seat is also heated, and I give it a thumbs up. This time I stayed on the 13th floor, and later I saw that there is an elevator on the 22nd floor. It would be better to have a high-rise room at this location. I will ask for a high-rise room next time if I have the chance.

The hotel is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the airport by the hotel shuttle bus, situated in an industrial area close to the airport. The hotel itself was great, clean, and comfortable, and had all the things you needed for a good stay and overnight quiet sleep. The room itself was great. I had some confusion when I got up in the morning to get the shuttle bus to the airport at 5.30 am But was told the only shuttle bus had left at 5 am! Why did someone not clearly explain this to me? Most hotels I have stayed at near the airport in the past, have shuttle buses every 30 minutes to the airport in the early mornings. I sought the help of the young girl receptionist to assist me in getting a taxi quickly. But she seemed annoyed that I had disturbed her early morning routine when she was only interested in completing her phone video game! And not helping me! Unbelievable! The girl receptionist said that the Hotel does not have a contact taxi service. I gave the receptionist my phone and she finally found a taxi service and I made it to the airport. My Chinese was not good enough to do all this myself. But overall, a good nights stay and a good hotel.
