Great outdoor pool, vast space, varied depth, swimming under the moonlight and stars with the mountains. Fabulous food for breakfast and the buffet dinner. Great quality, choice and price. Ideal location to walk directly to the temple and to complete a circular walk in the hills which offers great views over the city. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

對原本定的酒店不滿意，就特地定了這家酒店因為是迎賓館想着各方面都應該不錯的。但入住體驗並不是特別滿意，看在酒店環境不錯，空氣好，還有就是客房阿姨的服務不錯才沒有給差評
先説入住時的體驗吧！前台接待是問一句回答一句，沒有主動詢問客户的需求，還得看她臉色，現在的服務業是非常的卷 真的看不出這個酒店的是如何管理如何給員工培訓的
入住期間無人打招呼，由於大清早乘坐飛機再打車長者小朋友都非常疲憊，直接在酒店叫了外賣也順便休息一下，外賣到了，問了三個人最後走到了大門口安保才準確的告訴我外賣的具體位置。從前台到禮賓都是冷冰冰的，直接忽略賓客的感受 再怎麼説也應該是四星級酒店吧！最基本的禮儀都沒有嗎？再説房間，第一次電話機是壞的，衹能➕酒店官方微信或得跑去前台，報修後客房服務員來解決 免提鍵可用 但聽筒沒有聲音。這麼大的酒店難道沒有工程部嗎？隔天電視機又打不開！
再此要特別感謝一下當晚的客房大姐，在小朋友不小心打翻了水杯導致床單濕了一大片，客房大姐前後跑了兩次為其更換床品 雖是她的本質工作 但給她帶來的不便再次向該員工表示感謝。
隔天大堂經理給辦理的退房，詢問我的入住體驗，我實話實説，對方説為了表示她的誠意下次入住給我免費升級。我直接拒絕了，首先你都不知道我入住目的，怎麼能夠知道我下次還會來揭陽？既然提出一些問題不是當天主動的聯繫並解決而是要等到退房時隨口提了一句一點誠意都沒有，你覺得下次還會選擇該酒店嗎？

能叫迎賓館的都是有一定歷史的酒店，揭陽迎賓館也是如此。雖然設施是略舊一些，但是衞生非常好，工作人員的服務水平也很優秀，值得大大的讚揚。訂好房間沒兩天就接到了迎賓館前台的電話，詢問我們有什麼需要。在知道我們是一行三個房間後主動提出安排連在一起的房間。賓館位置在山腳下，空氣好也非常安靜，爬山很方便。我們是自駕遊，開車去古城不算遠。房間送了果盤，還有每天4瓶水免費。毛巾和浴袍都蠻新的。

環境真的不錯，但是因為房間有一個密封的玻璃陽台，這個地方真的是聲音的放大器，隔壁那個聲音很大聲，忙完一天十二點半準備睡，隔壁很吵，把陽台的門鎖了還是有聲。

很貼心安排了拼床解決了小朋友睡覺的問題。酒店標準的星級賓館，很OK。健身房設施太差了，建議好好弄一下。房間衞生做的很好，此外對客人的服務也極熱心，推薦了好吃好玩的。背後就是黃岐山，爬一下1.5小時，體驗很好。下次可以常住。
