服務都很好，就是太熱了
地暖不是一般的熱，一晚上都沒睡好，空調開到製冷17度，還開了一個窗户依然很熱。下次不會再住

旅遊嘉峪關住一晚，酒店位置還不錯，但我定的這個雙床房感覺房間還是小了一些，整體環境感覺一般，對我這種對住宿環境不太挑剔，衹住一晚衹是睡個覺就離開繼續旅行的旅客來説無所謂

衞生差勁的很 入住後枱子上還有應該是前面客人家小朋友踩的泥腳印 女住客的長髮 牙膏蓋都在地上沒有收拾 看看在房間走一圈後的拖鞋底子有多臟就知道地板多久不擦了 多虧自己帶着一次性馬桶墊

帶了孩子出行。沒想到這個酒店在明顯處，還放了一大盒情趣用品！沐浴間沒有沐浴露洗髮水，我們叫了服務人員村送過來。房間也很小，是整個西北路程最不好的一家酒店。要不是前台客服人員比較熱情，還真差評了。酒店出門右手邊的包子鋪很出彩。據説老闆是學徒好多年的，做的包子又大又多汁。
