Checked in online, the place is a bit hard to find. The elevators in the building are scary, one on the first floor doesn't show the floor, and one on the 10th floor can't close the door. The room is clean, large, and well-equipped (even has a small cloakroom), but overall the facilities are very old. The water heater is relatively small and the water gets cold while washing. The room is also quite cold, and the air conditioner doesn't work very well. I slept in two pairs of long johns for a night.
