Very happy trip with friends! I was looking for a tour around Ctrip and saw this hotel where cats and cats can live together. I was immediately planted with grass, and I just left~ Transportation 🚗: It is very close to Shanghai. It takes about half an hour by high-speed rail to Jiaxing South Station. After getting off the high-speed rail, you can take a taxi, and you can reach the hotel in less than half an hour; self-driving should be more convenient. There are many parking spaces in front of the hotel. Environment 🍃: We booked a 100-square-meter suite with a total of three rooms, one is a single bed, the other is a double bed, and there is a large bed upstairs, which can accommodate 5 people. The decoration is bright and warm, well-equipped, everything is neat and clean, the space is very spacious and you can live comfortably. Service💁: The service is very attentive, the boss and cat dad are very nice! Play around ♨️: The hotel presents 2 hot spring tickets every night, which can be used during the stay. The open-air space of the hot spring is quite large. There are not many people, so it is quite comfortable to soak. There is not much to eat around, but there are a few Nice restaurant, and the cat cafe downstairs snacks are quite delicious, it is quite comfortable for a short stay~ In short, it is a very good experience, especially the cats in the hotel cat cafes. They are too cute and too family. The little angels in the world can really heal all troubles. I want to come often when I have a chance in the future.

Departing from Shanghai in the morning, we first went to Chocolate Town for 4 hours. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm. The hotel is located in the hot spring town. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the snack bar and supermarket in the town. We are 2 adults and 1 child (the younger one is just under 1.3 meters tall), and the room price includes hot spring tickets for the two adults. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us a child’s hot spring ticket. He didn’t ask us to add a child’s breakfast for breakfast the next day. Fees, these money are really saved. The hot spring ticket provided by the hotel allows you to enter and exit the hot spring pavilion twice for free on the first day of your stay, and once for free on the second day, which is enough for us to play until we stop playing. Fortunately, there are hot springs, so even if it rained the next afternoon, it wouldn’t affect our fun. The room is quite large, with a bathtub, a smart toilet, a refrigerator, a safe, a digital TV (cannot cast the screen), etc. The 2.7-meter large bed is two beds put together and is very comfortable. A free piece of fruit is provided. The hot spring hotel is open from 12 :00–22:00, you can ask the front desk to make a reservation for the shuttle bus (the shuttle bus ends at 5:30 p.m.). In fact, it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk there. There is an indoor heated water park for children, outdoor bathing, and an infinity swimming pool on the third floor. All in all, it’s good and can be used twice.

The initial courtyard room was not satisfactory as it was noisy. However, upon feedback, Ms Cai was proactive in quickly moving us to another room that was nice. Reception by the two ladies was friendly. Service by Ms Cai was especially warm. She also helped with my luggage after checkout and accompanied us to our car at Xitang’s gate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible location, just slightly away (a short walk) from the main thoroughfare so it was peaceful. We will not hesitate to stay here again :)

The hotel is not far from Xitang, and it is very convenient to drive there. It is not a scene to visit Xitang at night. The room is quite big, the facilities are relatively new, relatively complete, that is, some people open the room door to smoke and make the whole floor smell of smoke, no smoke alarm sound, and no service staff intervention. The breakfast buffet is OK, but not as rich as the Holiday Inn I have stayed in before. Here I want to talk about the service attitude. Most of the service staff are still better, but a service staff called Ningning who checked us in had poor service attitude and ability. The check-in time was long. He told him that I was an intercontinental member. Can I check out late? He said that you are a third-party room and cannot be late check-out, and intercontinental members are not. As a result, we found other service staff and quickly did it.

Very well located. The staff welcome us very warmly, they are very friendly, helpful and polite. The room is really huge and comfortable. The terasse with the view on the river is amazing ! We can see the colorful boats at night It's really a romantic place ! Highly recommended.
