A very good experience. My wife and I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. When we drove into the underground garage, the security guard was already waiting for us at the parking lot. He helped us get our luggage and guided us to the front desk of the hotel. When we arrived at the front desk, every hotel staff member was smiling. While we were checking in, the hotel housekeeper, Ms. Gu Jialan, added WeChat to introduce all the hotel facilities and help us book dinner. There was a comfortable smile throughout the entire process! After checking in, the receptionist at the front desk helped us with our luggage and introduced the details of the hotel along the way. After checking into the room, we took a short rest and contacted the butler to help us book the SPA. A 90-minute hotel feature - Himalayan rock salt therapy, my wife and I felt great. Super cool and very comfortable. At the beginning of dinner, the service staff in the hotel restaurant were all smiling and the dishes were very good.
