服務總體不錯，拉羣代買門票，阿姨來接，提前入住。
訂的房間二樓臨水，風景不錯。就是一打開房間門下樓的時候，樓梯很陡，且外面一股發黴的味道，味道很難聞。
民宿的話衞生的確沒法很好保障。主要景是真不錯。
小插曲，次日醒來頭疼的不行。大約是跟西塘無緣。上次來西塘是直接重感冒，這次是頭疼。

很意外也很驚喜 那麼多民宿選中了這個 剛進去狹窄的走道和樓梯 上樓後房間也不算大 loft 裝修看着蠻時尚 實際不可推敲的細節 但是都剛剛好 床品還算舒服 淋雨除了熱水慢點 其他都好 還有衞洗麗 其實真的很不錯了 關鍵這個露台**的 100分裏70分給露台 很舒服 曬太陽 看日落 老闆阿姨人也很好 這個房間住四人性價比就出來了 非常推薦

來過西塘三次，住的是不同的民宿，這家是一定不會再次選擇的，服務在住過的眾多民宿中是最冷淡的，老闆主動性為0:加上微信後不會和其它老闆一樣問你幾點來，給你發就近的停車場，也不會主動説來接你，我們到了自力更生拖着行李找路（導航有偏差）找不到路給她發微信也是寥寥數語回覆，打語音兩次不接（文字倒是會回）也不説為啥不接，大熱天的找不到路就你自己急，後來還是靠自己找到了。另外浴巾是一次性的，不習慣的人要注意了。#服務否
