Location was very convenient, right next to the entrance to scenic area. But the room itself wasn't cleaned properly. Fresh bedsheets were Okey ish. Lots of hair on the matrass from previous travelers. Balcony was covered in stains and wasn't cleaned in a while. Some sockets and light switches were broken and soundproofing is non existent. You could basically feel people going up the stairs like it was on your head. From positive things pretty view from the balcony in the morning. Wouldn't recommend going during holidays, cause prices skyrocket during that time.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the entrance of the water town and also to the shopping pedestrian street. There are many good options nearby. It is not located inside the water town so it is peaceful and not noisy. The host is very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom are clean. The bed is comfy as well.

巷弄出來就是塘東街檢票口了，離酒吧街超近，體驗住臨河房感覺還不錯不會有景區內的人聲鼎沸吵雜，回到旅店還能幽幽的嗑瓜欣賞夜景

一直以為是在景區內的酒店，結果不是，不過距離塘東街入口很近，早上8點前進去可方便了，臨河的陽台上坐着休息，也是很有感覺的，老闆和老闆娘的服務態度很好👍🏻。

我們第二次來西塘了，這次預訂的酒店沒有讓我失望，環境好、設施好、衞生也非常乾淨。老闆人特別好，我們退房回去了，發現新買的一雙鞋落在房間裏，我們趕緊聯繫酒店老闆，老闆説鞋子在的哦，立馬説可以幫你們快遞的，我就把快遞地址發他了，第二天就收到了，真的非常感謝哦！有親朋好友來一定推薦他們來入住的。

這次來西塘人不是特別多，可能是因為高考階段吧。但是人少的古鎮更加美、靜。我們一家人閑逛在古鎮的老街上，逛着各種各樣的小店，買買小東西、買買小吃。逛累了就回到酒店休息，這次的酒店預訂的也不錯，設施新、齊全，衞生也乾淨，孩子非常喜歡房間裏的搖椅，住的也非常安靜。老闆很熱情，介紹吃的、玩的！推薦哦！
