Very nice hotel with outstanding pieces by famous Chinese Artist. The swimming designed by Ding Yi is a must see. Very good food at the Chinese restaurant too

面面俱到！對客服務的一線員工都非常棒！酒店設施、客房都很舒適。細節滿滿。早餐的食材品質高，很健康。酒店面積大，公共區域處處都是藝術品，美學體驗極佳。雖然是五一，但沒有人山人海擁擠感。實在是太愜意了。

酒店整體裝修風格很好，客房也非常乾淨。客房的服務態度特別好，超過國內95%的酒店。酒店內藝術品很多，可慢慢欣賞。但是作為度假酒店的話，娛樂活動太少，周邊衹有西塘古鎮可玩。良善中餐廳，味道尚可，但是服務基本沒有，而且作為餐飲最基本的客人忌口問題也不問，作為奢華酒店的餐廳有失水準。餐廳服務態度和客房部相比差距有點大

我住的2218房間，空調非常差，顯示室內一直是24度，孩子熱的滿頭汗睡不着覺。客房明知房間有空調設備問題直接就拿了風扇給我，非常我行我素的敷衍態度，晚九點擺出方案願意的話可以換房，可我有孩子在身邊哪有換房的精力。
我認為這個房價的空調都不能做到好用，是完完全全不及格的。
各種評價過譽了，入住體驗來説是對不起這個價格的，期待西塘有革新的酒店產品。
退房時得知尾房是分給特定渠道的，不知道是否跟我的體驗有關。

這次帶着老爸去西塘玩，所以特別看重環境和服務，在攜程上查看了不少，最終選定這家，服務沒得説，從入住前一直到離開，酒店為長者家考慮的甚是周到，酒店的環境幽雅，安靜，尤其值得一提的是早餐，雖然品種不算太多，但每樣東西都很是美味，餛飩與麪條更是我到目前為止，住酒店吃到最好吃的，以後有機會再去西塘玩，還會選擇他家，物有所值

酒店很大 環境很好 管家朱婷真是太貼心了 真是有求必應 答覆很快 做事靠譜
帶娃很方便 可以提供嬰兒床 床圍 餐廳也可以提供寶寶餐 酒店離農場也很近 簡直是遛娃勝地
其他娛樂設施也很好 spa很舒服 中餐廳口味不錯

酒店如同藝術館，沉浸式體驗太舒服了。無論是服務，還是房間設施絕美，方方面面考慮的非常細緻入微，適合發呆，喝喝小酒。酒店的農場不僅適合小朋友，更會讓大朋友返老還童。時間允許可以多住幾天，享受一下酒店美輪美奐的泳池和各類美食。順便坐個酒店遊船遊覽一下古鎮。非常好的酒店。

整個酒店充滿藝術氣息，細節很到位，服務熱情周到。提前告知管家帶寶寶入住，入住時已提前在房間幫我們準備了嬰兒床、床圍、奶瓶消毒器、搖搖馬、嬰兒水等，得知我們帶寶寶去對面的有機莊園沒帶推車，居然還給我們安排了嬰兒推車。床品也很舒服，房間夠大。酒店餐廳口味也不錯，有提供寶寶輔食，蔬菜都是來自有機莊園，酸奶麪包都是自製的。另外，酒店馬路對面就是良壤有機莊園，很值得去，有機會還會帶寶寶再去。
