沒電視，投影儀壞了，沒坐便，一把椅子，有桌子，沒插座，窗簾褶褶巴巴。總是，後悔住這了。好評哪來的？

酒店位置容易找，周邊吃玩出行都很方便，房間還可以，洗漱用品都很齊全，傢俱比較簡單大方，床頭有插頭可以充電，床和枕頭都很舒服，空調都是全新的，不用擔心熱或冷，房間有獨立WFI，看電視，玩手機網絡都算流暢，性價比這塊沒得説超級實惠，很適合商務出行住宿，價格是都能接受的，房間環境還那麼好，很滿意!

房間的門從外面比較不好關，所以哪家屋都是很用力關門，隔音有點差，睡不好的寶寶慎重，會覺得有點吵，樓上會挪椅子聲音很大，因為離景區還算近，可以忍受

交通：距離小鳥天堂很近，步行5分鐘可到，離江門高鐵站打車17元左右。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
服務：老闆待人親切友好，有問題也儘量解決。
不足：房間隔音不太好，晚上聽得到聲音影響休息。洗漱台沒有熱水，衹能用淋浴花灑。

老闆人不錯，還沒有住滿的情況可以調還房間，位置在新會陳皮村附近，可以去看小鳥天堂。價格還可以，性價比高
