房間裝修比較老舊，床墊和枕頭不舒服，感覺被子有點潮。正對温泉的房間很吵，温泉開到晚上12點，睡眠不好的朋友不推薦。早餐一般，但是能吃飽。服務還不錯，不管是前台還是餐廳、客房服務都還不錯。酒店對面在修建，整體環境一般。

温泉很資格，環境很好，徒步劍門關下來泡個温泉不要太舒服，房間都帶私湯真的很贊。但是房間設施實在是太舊了，濃濃的年代風，洗手間有一股味，我們房間頭頂還有個透光的天井一大早就被亮醒了，因為太晚也懶得換房了，迷之設計。建議店家想長久經營的話，還是應該進行房間翻新的。

温泉是天然的，包括房間裏的，有濃濃的硫磺味！户外泳池環境很不錯，有很多種類的湯池供選擇，還有魚療池。早餐豐富。

設施：維護不好。我住的房間淋浴間和衞生間地漏有堵塞下水不暢水漫金山。温泉區澡堂還是一如既往的尷尬。
服務：入住這些服務員包括温泉區的服務員都很熱情。
整體性來説還是不錯的一次體驗。尤其怕尷尬的在室內泡温泉比外面舒服哦

酒店名字很棒，“天賜”，算是這裏最好的温泉酒店了。門口就是美食街吃飯方便，但停車卻很不方便，衹能自己找位置停路邊。最大賣點是温泉，挺大的也對外營業，晚上7:30可以邊泡温泉邊看現場節目，氣氛搞的挺high的，但對應的就是如果在酒店休息就挺吵的，我住的第一天晚上10:30 了窗外都依然非常吵，另外整個酒店的設施和風格都屬於上世紀的感覺，更適合中老年朋友們

房間挺大的，有一間大的客廳，還有麻將桌，酒店很貼心提前放了水果餅乾之類的小零食，我們是春節期間去的，房間曖氣還可以，房間也很乾凈，訂的私湯房，陽台湯池有點小，水温還可以，還送了大温泉的門票。

前台和服務員都很熱情，裏面温泉池有幾十個都開了，泡着很舒服，房間裏面的私湯和外面的一樣是硫磺温泉，而且私密性也好，性價比很高，早餐也很豐富
附近有很多賣泳衣的，沒有帶也沒關係
泡完温泉路邊有一家小廚娘燒烤很好吃，當宵夜正好
