You can't ask the front desk lady to check in, help guests with their luggage, and clean up at the same time, right? Floor heating gives a suggestion to the next guests. The hotel is fixed at 18℃, you need to mention it to the front desk before it can be heated up for you! ! The floor heating at 18 degrees Celsius might not be as high as the room temperature.
