前台服務熱情大方，替客人着想，房間很大很乾凈，可看到美麗的雪山，早餐豐富好吃，尤其是小菜非常的可口美味，唯一環境不完美是大門口施工圍起來了

先説優點：前台的小姐姐非常好！效率高，也很熱情👍🏻
缺點：首先是酒店的領導不認真負責，其次客房服務員才會出現不認真對待的情況。
情況：
1、定了兩間客房，兩間都是衞生問題，床單上有不明位置毛髮、地毯臟亂差，大片的紙屑、牙簽？打前台電話等了20分鐘沒有一位客房服務人員前來解決問題，第二次給前台打電話，前台服務的小姐姐很詫異沒有客服人員前來解決問題，小姐姐自己上樓給調換房間。
2、早餐衹有少量的品類，西瓜切成一口一塊，一半是瓜皮一半是瓜肉？小氣吧啦的，38元一位的早餐就這個？餐盤上一層的油……四星？？？？？
3、電梯口的地毯你們是看不到嗎？一定要有人被摔倒了你們才會認真對待？
我想請問貴酒店是凱悦旗下的四星級酒店嗎？？？你們的管理呢？你們的服務呢？你們這4.8的評分是哪來的？0差評又是哪來的？
如果不是前台小姐姐積極給換了房間，就你們這個服務我一定打0分！

前台小妹都很好，提出對於拉姆拉錯的事情都耐心解答。考慮到行程緊，還是趕着早上的時間出去山南了。拉姆拉錯現在不給帶電子設備，不知道為什麼呢？加查有緣下次再來，出山南的路驚險刺激，一路上有猴子有落石，希望路修得越來越好！
